Yes. I absolutely agree about XZY mother. Imo all PZ character buildup for me a bit to real and dark for light romance drama. There obviously PTSD in work with PZ character. Imo for now he don't need no relationship - he not ready for them. He need to heal and learn to love himself first.

Came here from LBL tread for DX. And after 1 ep. already loved his character. He took stray cat with him))

Tbh I think 28 ep. may not be enough to clean up all plot loose ends but I hope they manadge. If only they have 32 or more. But anyway - It's almost done, and for light romance drama it's really good. LYX in my opinion really shine in this one. Still don't get why Thriller tag tho)

Yes, ty. Very interesting characters analysis (especially considering that their characters buildups are limited by drama setting and genre). Tbh I really like them + our heroine as a concept of their own and all plots possibility they provide. But imo therein lies the crux of the problem with this drama - to many delicious ingredients (game with its setting and costumes, business, tragedies of the past et cetera) and too little time to cook them properly - only 28 ep so.. And tbh for me more interesting would be exploring brothers characters and they relationship with Hu Xiu and journey through business and life in more thorough way, but for this they prob should give up all game plot part. And game plot part was main attraction for this drama marketing so no go.

Yes, same. Like.. some prefer ml and some sml - so what? They both good actors playing interesting characters. And judging by their interactions on set they was having real fun together with LUX. I like LYX but I not active fan and all that. I think this story light and sweet (I'm on ep 11 rn) I don't know about what will happen next but for now I really enjoy this one)
