I didnt watch the whole drama there, I just checked a bit and didnt realize any problem. Maybe I missed it. I watched when the drama first released on iQiyi.

I did. But that drama didnāt made me a fan of her because I donāt like the story. I felt in love with her in TTEOTM as Ye XiWu. But I can see that Bai Lu is really a good actress because she can portray totally different characters and personality. She as Si Qi was like a different person, I couldnāt believe it was the same actress when I was watching TTEOTM. I have not watch any of her earlier but I do realize she enjoys taking very different roles. But hit or miss when acting in modern rom com. because those were like lazy acting for almost everyone. Only For Love is an example and it was really bad. But I loved her in Love Is Sweet š

The beginning of the drama was interesting, but up until Episode 16 everything seems pretty boring. Give me angst, give me something. LOL. XZ is the most boring and aloof ML (God) that I'd seen. Surprisingly, I kinda like it and understand his boredom with existence. Come on, give him (and me) something to be excited about. LOLOL.
Porridgegate is my most hated storyline in the drama. It is just irrational, undoes all previous relationship…
most puzzling moment for me is still the end. They can throw whatever scandal, misunderstanding shit at us during the drama but why can't they follow the book ending? :')
