I almost caught up to epi20, I feel something a bit off here, I had to pause and comment here. Aren’t the immortal elders a bit over-protective with Gu Jin? From my xianxia understanding, all Gods has to go through some tribulation. They will not avoid or intervene, because only through these tribulation the Gods will ascent (level up). So is Gu Jin an extinct species in ALP’s story realm? Why are they so over-protective over him? Even if he’s the last True God, he still have to go through his tribulation. There’s no running away. The elders are all cushioning him. 🙄
His problem with a-Yin seems so petty and trivial that I couldn’t really feel the hardship they are going through. If you don’t give us more angst, the rating of this drama is not going to go up. 😆
Gu Jin, if you are a True God, just go through your tribulation already, like a True God should. Then go back to falling in love, the end. 😂😅
