He is unredeemable for sure but usually unhinge and pitiful character like this is interesting to watch. He reminds me a lot of Tan Tai Jin (from TTEOTM), pure evil and chaos but the girl changed him.

I would like to know if Qi Min and QianQian's relationship and storyline were both written in the novel. The setup for this second lead couple is too good to be just second lead. I mean, QQ coming from the future, that is a usual main lead plot. If their storyline is from the novel, is there any continuation or spin off?

Yes! omg, what they have in PoJ is not love, but it's so captivating. Their chemistry is awesome and I want to see more.

Did you watch The Glory with CDL and XYL? It is a very good drama and superb acting from CDL but the actor's performance need a lot of improvement. Of course I will still watch if there is good plot, like 12 Letters, despite I don't really like ZYR's performance in Gen2Gen. He really do have a lot of room for improvement. You all also have to understand, doesn't like doesn't make me a hater. I also strongly believe a good actor or actress most of the time depends on the director to bring the best out of them.

I find that these tutors scenes are lowkey unnecessary, FCY may be an uneducated village girl but why make her a book idiot? I know it's for comedy relief but they could use that 5 minutes for better screen edit.

This plot was explained somewhere in the middle. It's about the fire in the palace 16 (or 17) years ago. Qi Min was disfigured and swapped with Lord Changxin's son. Qimin is the previous emperor's Crown Prince's son. But Chancellor Wei wanted another prince to be emperor, so he killed the crown prince and also Marquis Wu's father.

yes because I couldnt finish Gen2Gen 😭😭😭😭😭 I tried, there's 2 more episodes to go but it's so hard. And then PoJ happened. Sorry ZYR fans. I hope he will do better here.

XieWei is my all time favourite cdrama ML. I like him more than ZLH's character in Pursuit of Jade. XieWei is a complex and very well written character.
