tbh, I have mix feeling with SoT. I enjoyed watching it, because superb acting from ZY and WXY. I loved the message it tried to convey too. I love the ending but I have problem with how they executed it. It really fxxx my mind with such an ending. It will be so much better if they do a 50:50, half dream and half reality like Legally Romance. In the end I was like WTF DID I JUST WATCHED? lol

I love the fact that father Jiang still try to be nice and talk respectfully with XW, but XW is not being very nice and this pissed the father. lol

I googled about this director/write after I read what you wrote about him awhile back. Wow, he really has quite a lot of beef with other writers and actors/actresses.

Because SoT aired just before this so ppl tend to compare. But even we really want to compare, IMO, SOKP is on another level. So much character development, better plot, better relationships, better background story for every characters, better lines, there’s just so much more layers to the story. I personally think it’s the GOAT drama for 2023.

I loveeee this 2 episodes soooo much. So much tension, such great line delivery between JXN and JXH. I love how JXN described wan niang. She hates her but she also loves her. Just too complex. I cried at Princess’s departure too. Great great acting 🥲
and I also LOL at episode 30. The forehead peck scene was too funny.
And omg our XW finally admits to his feeling and making moves.
This drama rating is definitely going up up up.
