Because SoT aired just before this so ppl tend to compare. But even we really want to compare, IMO, SOKP is on another level. So much character development, better plot, better relationships, better background story for every characters, better lines, there’s just so much more layers to the story. I personally think it’s the GOAT drama for 2023.
Because she’s a concubine, and she swapped JXN and JXH’s identity. I love it when JXN tells about wan niang, she hates her but she also loves and respected her. Its a very complex feeling and BL acted it out very well.
I loveeee this 2 episodes soooo much. So much tension, such great line delivery between JXN and JXH. I love how JXN described wan niang. She hates her but she also loves her. Just too complex. I cried at Princess’s departure too. Great great acting 🥲 and I also LOL at episode 30. The forehead peck scene was too funny. And omg our XW finally admits to his feeling and making moves. This drama rating is definitely going up up up.
Episode 30 subtitle on iQiyi is so wrong and all over the place. Are they rushing out the episodes? Luckily I can understand Chinese, to those that dont, I would suggest you to rewatch again when they fix the subtitle.
