Title Panthakan Rak Spoiler
SPOILERS:

currently watching.....on ep 3.

I actually quite like it :) I like that it's a light drama with no complications or lots of unnecessary drama. Also, I like that the stepson and step mother are not greedy or try to get rid of the main lead. There is hatred but it's not that heavy, I'm hoping it will turn better. I think there are misunderstandings, but we'll get to know later in the story.

For the leads, I like their bickering and when they tease each other, it's so cute and adorable ^_^ I like their chemistry :D It makes me smile and laugh :D And when they glare at each other, I don't know why I find it hilarious and cute ^_^

I feel that it's not the best drama in the world or the most original one, but it's quite enjoyable, at least up till I watched :) I'll continue watching :)

EDIT: On ep 13.....

The main leads definitely love each other, but still did not admit it. Anyway, they're so cute and adorable together <3 When they tease each other and now I see them smiling, they're so cute <3 On ep 10, we get to see more clearly that they love each other :D Especially Pai because how she is acting towards Pan + she daydreams that he kisses her = tells us that she loves him ^_^ He also misses her, wants to be with her, etc = he loves her as well ^_^

For Ek and Fah, I want them to end up together. I think Ek is starting to feel something for Fah, but I'm not sure, since he already rejected Fah + he's currently engaged with Chon, uh. What I hated is that they made Ek love Pai more than a sister. It was unnecessary here and I loved their relationship as a brother and sister even though they are not really brother and sister, and they had to go and make us see that he actually loved her more as a sister, uh! But anyway, we'll see what will happen next.

Anyway, the story turned a bit complicated and a bit serious with Chon and her dad doing bad things, like putting shrimp in the food, when Pai's aunt is allergic to it, pining murder on Pan's father, etc + it's getting draggy. To be honest, I started fast forwarding from ep 9 onwards, as it got a bit draggy and unnecessary long.

But the truth will hopefully come out soon, to see what exactly happened between Pan's father and his first wife. Hopefully, Pan will reconcile with his dad, his second wife, his step brother and get together with Pai.

I'll continue watching......

EDIT 2: Last ep....

Finally the truth came out and I did not guess what will happen, it was surprising. For the affair I knew it, but for the son I did not.

The villains in a way they got what they deserved but I still pitied them.

For the main leads, I thought Pan is going to tell her that he loves her at the office, but he told her to forget everything between them! Uhh the story got more draggy and annoying. A torture for the leads to officially end up together. Still why didn't Pai take the initiative and tell him that she loves him? Why wait for him, if he did not tell her? Uhh so annoying!!

Anyway, she went after him and then he finally told her that he loves her! And she responded with a kiss, so cute <3 <3

Lol, it had a double ending, apparently she was imagining the kiss, and he told her he will kiss her somewhere in private, that was hilarious xD Anyway, loved the ending and the story. It was light and a normal story, but I enjoyed watching it ^_^

Finished! :) I liked the second season, it was interesting and exciting, but I liked season 1 more as I agree with some comments below, we got to see Kang Kwon Joo's ability more and saving the people parts were more interesting and memorable in season 1.

Anway, I still liked the story and the villain here was more evil and interesting. Also, we get to see at the end that he is not the only one, but some other people who are Japanese were supporting the villain and his cause + they were the actual ones who were targeting Do Kang Woo/Kosuke.

Also, I really did not want to start the second season since I knew they will continue it in the 3rd season + I knew that they will end it as a cliffhanger, damn it! But I was so curious about it that I started it and now I have to wait for the 3rd season to know what happened to Kwon Joo + what the other villain will plan next.

On the whole, I liked the 2nd season, it began awesome, got a bit draggy and boring in the middle and ended interesting but with a cliffhanger. Looking forward to watch season 3 :)

Title Ashi Girl Spoiler
Loved it :D It was such a light, hilarious and enjoyable story :) Wakagimi and Yui were so cute together ^_^ It was a shame that we did not get to see more of the main couple together, it was kind of rushed at the end, but I loved it anyway :D Also, I wanted to see a kiss scene, but they got interrupted 2 times and we did not get to see anything!

Moreover, I'm glad that the writers gave Yui a choice where she could go back to her time. And so she decided to stay in the past with the one she loves and it's a happy ending xD

Also, I liked how the villain which was his brother changed for the better and also other characters worked towards peace without any battle. It made me happy and enjoyed it a lot :D

Moreover, I'm glad that there weren't many deaths of the main characters + there weren't bloody fights or samurai performing seppuku = which makes me see it as a light drama :)

I watched Nobunaga Concerto recently so I thought it would be similar, but it was different, Ashi Girl was lighter, but I enjoyed both of them. The similar thing about them was the time travelling theme but even how they travelled to the past was different.

Also, I heard there is an SP coming out soon this year, so I'll look forward to it ^_^

It was kind of weird, but very original. I loved the cyber lover thing + the story was not your typical one, which surprised me and made me love this movie more. And I usually hate indefinitely stories, but I don't know why, here it did not bother me.

Also, I loved the chemistry of the actors + kiss scenes, it was awesome and intense :D I rarely see awesome kiss scenes, which is why I lately started watching BL stories, as the kiss scenes are really good + the best ones are usually taiwanese dramas or movies :)

General thoughts:

I loved it! :D It wasn't perfect, but I loved the cast, characters and the story ^_^ The story had hilarious moments, serious moments, moments where you learn, etc. I enjoyed watching it :D I was looking forward to watch this drama and I was satisfied ^_^

More Details:

I loved how we could see different aspects in the sense that we got to learn more about the work involved in a magazine, we got to learn about famous designers that I never heard of (the only one I know was Coco Chanel) and not only related to fashion but if I remember correctly Ford was mentioned and that is related to cars.

Also, the main actress was going to get married but her fiance cheated on her. I liked how we got to see why he cheated on her. Of course, cheating should never happen in any situation, but it makes us see that bad things that happen in a relationship because it may the fault of both parties involved in a relationship. I liked how we got to see realistic situations, which are happening around us in real life.

Moreover, it tells us that honesty is the most important in a relationship and it is better to show your real self and share your problems with your partner as it forms a healthy relationship. And if that does not work out, it is better to break it off, like Sayaka and her ex-fiancee.

I loved how Sayaka changed. At first, she priotized the marriage, and forgot her dreams for it. But later on, thanks to the pain she went through, she began to love herself more (thanks to Usami), remember her dreams and the best of all is that marriage should not restrict a woman and like in this drama quit her job for her husband and support him. She was going to do the same for Yuichi but she acted quickly. I think that marriage should be where both persons should support each other for their dreams, etc.

Anyway, even though she ended up with Yuichi at the end and it was a happy ending + nice wedding + Usami turned out more like a father/friend. I still shipped Sayaka with Usami. As she showed her real self in front of him + he knows everything about her + they call each other for lots of stuff + their chemistry was awesome and I loved how they are so honest and straightforward with each other + it's so cute each time he picked on her :3 It's a shame, but anyway I enjoyed the whole drama :)

On Nobunaga Concerto: The Movie Oct 9, 2018
SPOILERS:

It was draggy in the middle of it, but the ending was awesome, I loved it :D It made it worth it to watch both the drama and the movie ^_^

What I found stupid is the 10 years later part. As someone said in the comments below and agree with it, is that everything kind of remained the same. At least the change I saw was in Saburo, he became more skilled in fighting and he killed his enemies without feeling guilty when compared to how he was in the drama.

Moreover, I was happy that he went back to the future and the yakuza guy went back as well :D The sad part was that Kichou and Saburo got seperated, but his will for peace moved on to his followers, after he died in the past. That connected to the future, where there is peace, at least in Japan in this case. As there are still countries with wars, so it's not total peace.

Anyway, it was worth a watch ^_^

SPOILERS:

Loved it :D It was very interesting and made me laugh, cry, be serious, etc. It made me feel lots of emotions. Also, I loved all the cast and characters and their acting was awesome :D

I hated it when they some characters performed suicide or attempted to do it, and make it seem like it's the normal thing to do, those parts were very sad.

Moreover, I liked the music which went well according to each scene.

For the ending, that was something I did not expect, for the real Nobunaga to turn evil and jealous. The lead actor did an excellent job into portraying 2 characters. It made me think that he is 2 different persons, anyway he is awesome as always ^_^

I don't know why it took me 4 years to start watching it, but I'm glad I did, it was awesome :D

One thing, it's still a mystery to me is, how did Saburo (fake Nobunaga) and the other 2 guys from the future (one from 1972 and the Yakuza guy from 2004) went to the past in the first place? That one is still a mystery to me. If there were hints, I did not see it.

Yeah ok Saburo fell and rolled in the ground and suddenly went into the past, but it still does not explain how they went into the past. However, it is not that important to me, I still loved the time travelling theme so that did not bother me that much :)

Now off to see the movie ^_^

currently watching.....on ep13

I really liked the beginning up till ep10, it was interesting and awesome :D Also, I love the demons, gods, magic, power, etc theme, it's awesome. I love fantasy xD However, from ep 10, onwards, it is interesting as well, but it's getting a bit draggy, more dramatic and serious. I liked the comedy in the beginning more.

Also, I like all the characters and demons, even though there are times that they are really cold, selfish and insensitive. But I do not know what's the point of Alice, aka the octopus prince is in her body, in this story though. I think he is kind of useless, I don't know. I think he likes PK.

Moreover, I love the chemistry between Seo Mi and Oh Gong, they are cute and adorable ^_^ Even though Oh Gong was forced to love Seo Mi because of the bracelet, I think that he really fell for her, anyway fingers crossed for that. But I wish she removes his bracelet soon. If she really loves him, she should release him. Yeah, there is a lot going on, with her being Sam Jang, her fate or she is going to be a sacrifice, she needs to be protected from evil spirits, etc. Also, there is their ill fate that one of them is going to die. I am curious to see what they will end, I hope it ends well. Btw, their kisses are good as well :D

Also, I want PK and Bu Ja to end up together, they're so adorable as well ^_^ But I doubt it since Bu Ja is already dead :( Also, the evil witch got into her, so we will see less interaction between them >_< We'll see what will happen next....

For Ma Wang, I wish for him to end up with the one he loves, after he took her 10000 years of pain, but I don't know what will happen next.

For the songs in this drama, they are awesome :D I downloaded three that I liked ^_^

Also, in the beginning, they focused more on ghosts where Sam Jang and Oh Gong caught them, and they helped humans and also ghosts. But now, they deviated from that and are focusing on the main characters. I think it got a bit boring like that, although it's nice to see about the main characters as well. But I prefer it when they went ghost hunting.

Btw, I also love the bromance between Oh Gong and Ma Wang :D You assume that they hate each other, they fight a lot, tease each other, hurt each other, say that they want to kill each other, etc. But in a way, they care for each other, help each other in times of need, etc.

EDIT: On the beginning of the last episode.....

Seo Mi died, so sad :( How the heck are they going to end up together?

Also, PK and Bu Ja cannot end up together either. Bu Ja disappeared because of the priestess and so they could not end up together for sure.

It's really sad. The summer fairy died, the prince died, Bu Ja died and Seo Mi died. Oh Gong lost his memory because he was sad. I usually hate amnesia in dramas, but here I don't mind it, as he is in pain and wants to forget.

At least Ma Wang found his son, it was the grandson of the peddler. I kind of guessed that he was his son and I was right lol :) Also, the deity Ma Wang loves was reborn as a flower, that's good as well.

EDIT 2: At the end of ep 20.....

For the ending, it's not bad. Although we do not see the leads end up together, we'll assume that they did since he went to find her in the netherworld. It's an open ending, I like it :)

Conclusion:

On the whole, I liked the drama, story, characters, acting and the music :) It just got a bit draggy in the middle but on the whole I liked it, it was worth a watch :D Also, I did not fast forward anything, I watched it all, so I'll give it a 7/10. It's not the best drama ever but it's good :)

I also noticed no student wore those rings, so wth did they carry them? It made no sense. XDAs for the boys having…
Yeah the rings part was stupid.

Yeah true, did not think of that for the marathon, but since we are always emphasizing gender equality, it did not make sense to me to have longer distance for the boys.

Also, since this school was a co-ed school, it is easier to compare genders, but if they were boys and girls in separate schools, probably they would give girls longer distance to run.

I don't know I'm just assuming it would happen since when I was in secondary school, they gave us long distances to run and I attended an all girls school or maybe I just found them long since I hated to run :P

On Boys over Flowers Season 2 Sep 21, 2018
SPOILERS:

currently watching and on ep 8.....

It's not bad, it's better than I expected, and it was nice to see characters from Hana Yori Dango :) However, it's clear that Oto likes Haruto. I don't get why she's still is insisting on saying that she likes Tenma. It makes the story drag on and annoying me.

Don't get me wrong, I am actually in a dilemma, I like both Haruto and Tenma, they're both cute, adorable, kind, etc, so I kind of get why she is in between them + I ship both of them with Oto, but she is happy when she is with Haruto and she has lots of common things with him + she is herself when she is with him, so she should just choose him instead of dragging it on.

Also, I like all characters, except for the parents. Haruto's father is the worst one. Tenma's step mother is a wolf in sheep clothes, and acts differently from what she says = evil. Oto's mother is annoying, I did not like her from the beginning, acting weak and making her daughter do all the things. She should help her share the load, at least she is working now. The parents should stay out from their children's relationships, they're making everything worse :/

On ep 11....

Oto kept saying she wants to be with Tenma when she likes Haruto uhh. At least Tenma had more guts than her and ended it first, I felt sorry for him but it was for the best. Also, I could not get her reasoning saying that she does not want to hurt Tenma. If she stays with him without actually liking him, it hurts him more than leaving him, but anyway it finally ended + it made everything clear up and made me feel better :D

Moreover, I liked the friendship between C5 and the friendship between the 4 girls :) They all had interesting characters and their acting was good too :D I liked Oto and Airi the most though :D

For the ending, she did not tell him directly that she loved him! >_< Anway, we know that they finally got together officially :) Also, I want to ship Airi and Tenma together, their encounter was so cute ^_^

currently watching and on ep 20......

I really loved the first 10 episodes, it was really interesting and hilarious :D However, after that the story started to become a bit draggy, even though I loved the interactions between the main leads, they're so cute and adorable ^_^ But I loved the hot air balloon scene + titanic reference, it was cheesy but hilarious and cute :D

Also, when the main lead asked her for divorce, it was painful to watch, but I loved how she wanted to stand on her own two feet and be independent, after that harsh ending between them. The irony is that the main lead is secretly helping her. I don't get why he asked her for divorce! Yeah maybe he wanted to protect her or he wanted to continue on his missions without any distractions. But now he realised he likes her and wants her back + other complications follow. It's like they want to fill in the story!

Now the story is starting to feel draggy + the leads are separated and Yaoyao is angry with him + getting new characters + other characters interfering with main leads = dragging on! And this is all happening when I'm still on ep 20.....

Anyway, I'm enjoying the food theme, I love seeing Yaoyao cook and be happy with her creations and seeing other people enjoy her food + I love her character. She is hilarious, jealous at times towards main lead, a bit annoying, a bit cruel in teaching other people lessons but kind and wants to help others and forgives easily + she loves money but she wants to use when she feels sad or lonely. I also love how she uses english words and confuses the characters in ancient China, it's hilarious each time xD

Also, I love the martial arts scenes, they're so awesome and good like always :D

I'm loving the time travelling theme + how she went into her past self's body. She lost her chance to go back to the her time before but I'm curious what she will do next and if she'll want to go back. Anyway, the time travelling theme is forgotten for now. Also, I'm curious about what happened to that guy who built the time machine and also went back to the past with her, maybe they'll show about him later on.

For the main lead, I love the actor :D Apart from being handsome <3 He is a good actor :D I watched him in a thai lakorn first, where he was an evil character but he really impressed me and wanted to watch him in a main role and got to see him in a chinese drama ^_^ Shame his voice is dubbed, but he is still good :)

Also, all other actors are good. I'm new a bit new to chinese dramas, so I don't know lots of chinese actors, but they're good. Shame with all the dubbing, but I read an article on why chinese dramas are dubbed and finally agreed and accepted it. But still I miss hearing the actors real voices as the dubbed ones are all kind of similar to me + they sound fake. Cannot do anything about it, so I'll just continue watching. If the story gets more draggy, I'll just fast forward it......

EDIT: On ep 26.....

The story turned serious and depressing + draggy and ridiculous. Also, everyone is betraying each other and lots of useless killings + blaming each other for the disaster outcomes.

The worst ever is main leads are more further apart from each other + the missions he is doing is stupid, trying to find a fictional secret weapon. Also, on which side is he? On one side with Black Wind and then he is a spy for a prince or whatever he is, so confusing!

I'm so sad that the boy died, he appeared suddenly and died quickly.

I'm just fast forwarding a lot and still have 30+ episodes left to watch, I'm curious to see what other nonsense they will make in the story :/ I'm reluctant to drop it because I really loved the beginning and I'm hoping it will get better and ends well.....

EDIT 2: At the end of ep 28.....

All the supporting characters all died + main lead turned out to be the crown prince and now he disappeared or died. The story turned out more weird and disastrous with all the characters we got to know all died :/ Probably now since the 2 clans were destroyed and all the leaders and people in them died, I think the story will switch to the palace.....

EDIT 3: On ep 39......

The story turned to the better from ep 29 onwards. The leads are more closer now, since the main lead proposed to the main actress to marry him on a deal, since she does not accept his love. So all he could do is propose a deal to marry him and she accepted. Hopefully they end up together officially soon, they definitely love each other, but she refuses him because of all the tragedies that happen. I kind of understand her reasons, but she is dragging it on too much + now the writers turned their marriage into a fake one. Btw, they also made her dress as a guy in the capital, but most of the people realised that she was a woman. It was hilarious when she said that in dramas when women dresses as a guy they don't realise in historical dramas and she got exposed immediately xD

Also, even with all the new characters introduced, they still managed to put these new characters in the way of the leads and have other people who love them. But at least it was not draggy on like in the beginning of the story and they gave up, thank God. I thought it was going to be like Dong Qi obsessed with Yao yao all over again + now they put an annoying fake princess who likes the main lead, but she gave up as well, at least for now.

Moreover, I'm happy that they more are focusing more to the cooking side and even seeing Yao Yao learn more about cooking. It was nice to see that although she was good in cooking, she does not know everything and she was humble enough to learn and then she became the number one chef in the capital. Btw, I was right, the story now focused on the royal people and noble. The story is kind of predictable. I'm glad that the story turned light again and no killings, but it is still draggy......

EDIT 4:

On ep 44.....

Mystery solved, King Yu is the guy from the future who invented the time machine, he really looks different, I did not recognize him + he turned evil >_<

On ep 53 & 54....

I'm near the end finally and I have a bad feeling about the leads, as after they are finally together, love each other and fully trust each other, I think that they will be separated by time. It's like she wants to go back but if she does go back, she'll have no guarantee that she will go back in the past. She has to choose, anyway I don't know maybe Yao Yao will stay in the past, we'll see. I don't blame her anyway if she wants to go back, I would want to go back, I would definitely miss the internet and watching dramas :P But jokes aside, I would miss my friends and family the most.

The princess turned really evil, she hurts everyone around her and is jealous of everything. But in a way, the circumstances she grew up into made her that way + the lie she made when she was young grew so much, until it made her this way and too late to change, she killed 4 people now.

What the heck! The story is near the end and the main leads fought again because of misunderstandings and trust issues >_<

On ep 55.....

Yao Yao's pregnancy has a problem and she did not tell her husband about it and now he will think that she will abort it because of their fight or something! So annoying!

Also, King Yu/the guy who made the time machine in the future made the secret weapon, he got what he wanted + he got more evil + we'll see what happens next.

On ep 56......

Ok so she left him to see what King Yu is up to, it's draggy, painful to see them fight but it's ok now that we know why she did that.

The princess from the other country and the guy with the best tongue for food got married, so cute ^_^ It's a shame that we barely got to see them together :(

I was right, Yao Yao went to the past and ten years later they reunited :D A happy ending at least, it was draggy but worth it at the end :D

Conclusion:

Finally finished! I wanted to comment that I liked the second season more in the story aspect, as it was lighter and focused more on cooking which I enjoyed, but it got draggy between the main leads where they clearly loved each other but they took too long to get together.

However, for the first season, I loved the characters more and there more martial arts scenes which I loved as well + in the first season we saw the leads falling in love + the story was good in the beginning until it turned all serious and murderous == thus conclusion, I liked both of them generally but combining them together + the story got draggy and I fast forwarded to finish it == 6/10 for me.

The story was nothing special and lots of stereotypical things like girls do a home economics class while boys don't, and also about the marathon, why do the boys have a longer distance than girls? That's stupid.

And also what's up with the ring given by the school uniform? I don't get why that is there. What I can think of is for the main leads to exchange it.

Also, the acting was not that good. But it was kind of addicting to watch so I watched it all with a bit of fast forwarding.
