I guess they had a little bit more in Romance of tiger and rose . I hope it is a little bit more than an introduction . Let’s see- that is why I feel 38-40 episodes would have been better . Otherwise it is like an open ending after going through hell and high water . There should not be censorship for a drama that is already fiction and fantasy . That is just plain wrong

But it is also nice to see that he realizes that she is not the same person in many ways and trying to find out how much damage Shi has done. I think he was stunned when he found out that her memories were altered as well. That is why he is very restrained and cautious with her. And he is not being overly hostile towards the 3rd wheel. It’s like he knows that they have to take it slow. That is what I like about this drama- it is a fantasy yes - but their relationship dynamic is very realistic .

So looks like all that soul cleansing has made her cold nature more prominent- and she will revert to that assassin she originally was. I guess it also shows how love can really blind you!

I disagree but everyone has their own opinions on this. I have disliked many of the extremely popular dramas and even dropped them.

It is not that bad. You get to see this really gentle and tender side of Sima Jiao. Every single emotion has been portaged by him beautifully!
