I never thought I would give an Arthur Chen drama such a low rating. Oh well! Shows how important the script and story arc is . It’s a collaborative effort

I am going to watch L&P after this to cleanse myself from the is drama. Ugh. And this drama is very different from L&P. The characterizations are not that great

No one wants her to throw herself at her ex but her behavior 6yrs after the break up is just plain ridiculous and unrealistic. And it’s not like she was not with flaws at all give me a break. I don’t feel any sympathy towards her. She never deserved that ML. She is one of those who should not be in a relationship. I wish the ML would back off and lead his life happily. He did the right thing by breaking up with her . There is no point getting back together with this kind of woman

It is the characterizations that are frustrating

We realize it is a pipe dream. We know what he is going to do in Ep 21 after SMM’s self serving rant . The ML is going to hand the FL Training Box on a platter for the sole reason that she can be happy and get what she wants . We have to see where that is going to leave him . Granted he is doing this out of guilt and also thinks that he is making things right after he hurt her let’s hope he does not suffer again for the company .

Looks like my rant is not over. WTF is wrong with the FL and SMM? They both run over him like all the FL ‘s issues are because of him. And both of them don’t listen to his explanation. Even when Feng Sheng and the FL are talking about his dad it is just a passing comment that he was fraudster. I am fed up with these two narcissistic women who only think about themselves and their benefits. The ML should run as far as possible . He should move his company outside their reach and stop yearning fo her - just go find someone else- anyone would be better than her . I don’t think this relationship is salvageable. It will be the most unhealthy relationship on earth.

I honestly don’t see how this couple can end up together . I really don’t .

Well I am scratching my head as to how anyone is getting a happy ending here . The main couple is also a lost cause . I find the FL repulsive . But with SMM I will give her a margin - she was very young and she was following her dreams. With regards to Qin and her they have used the same trope they have used for the ML- that he has not gotten over her. But I can at least see how the missed chance can get rekindled if they were available because they never tried in the first place

Option 2 please . At ep 20 I just cannot stand the FL anymore. Theee is nothing attractive about this character - zilch. And no I don’t want them to be friends either . It would be great if the ML moves on with someone else and she just disappears from his life for good. I just want the ML to be happy at this point - she has just taken too much out of him. I don’t want her taking any of his mental or physical space anymore. Such a repulsive character. I swear I have never had such a reaction before
