This drama is not at all like Fireworks of my heart except for the fact the FL is a doctor - the story is very different and the characters are also very different. Not sure where you got that from

The SML is surely one of the twins and the guy with the black and brown eye is the real son who is responsible for the kids’ deaths. The ML is being blackmailed either by SML or the FL’s sister - I find her suspicious- why did she come back now and what is her motive in revealing all that info to the FL?

Yes our FL played beautifully into the hands of the girl/perpetrator. Maybe she did not think it through properly- she was very young. But it sure is an interesting start. Looks like Ding had a crush on him too for a long time. And that senior is as creepy as hell. This is much more complex than it seems
