No he is not complicated at all but she has not been honest with him. She wants him to take all her mistakes by his stride and just let it go. Well that is not the right way to start a relationship. She is not a child- she is a full grown adult- even a child will take the responsibility. So I disagree with your statemetns

He is allowed to get emotional and block her because all she did was talk about work. And trust me she would have gotten away with just texting her explanation - the coward she is. Like he said today to the reporters and gave her a cue he want a face tp face talk with her to sort it out. He wants her to take the initiative to solve this in a mature way. And he is right but our childish, immature heroine with her low EQ is completely missing the point. She ran away, hid and then she wants to talk work on text - completely avoiding the issue at hand. That is the problem. The FL is to blame here

Yeah I feel sad for Shi Yan because he is struggling to get through to her. But I don’t feel any sympathy for her. She brought this all on herself and she is complicating it further with her stupidity . I can’t even get started with her hanging out with Yi Yang. Her head is just one big mess

I am not sure that is the only thing that’s keeping this drama up there. That can take you only so far.

Her behavior is so contradictory she was shameless when she chased him and blatantly asked him to be her boyfriend. She could get him to show up for her whenever she wanted - he’ did anything and everything for her .Now she is intimidated and afraid to say a work- that’s BS.

It’s is easily resolvable it is out FL’s foolishness that is prolonging it

Actually I am rewatching this drama it is good. Yes you get frustrated with the characters - just because of that you can’t bash the drama itself
