Well it was spirit who died who was controlling him for Yan Ke but it looks like He Simu has it now but she is letting Jiang Ai use it. But they want to set BSX against Yan Ke to see what he will do

Yan Ke would never be that honest to take that punishment because he has never thought for once that is wrong to do so. He is obsessed with raw power so he will never ‘stoop’ to take the blame for anything. In his view he is beyond any wrong doing- delusional!

Well but his so called ‘jealousy’ is more because she trusted a mortal more than him who could make her more ‘powerful’ and stay with her longer. It is not the same. This is not love it is more like an acquisition and control

At some point , they have to give us the reason for the existence of Duan Xu beyond just the exchange of senses. There must be a reason for the Delivernce sword being in his possession. That is what I am waiting for . I don’t think they are going to just let him fade away for nothing- not after all of this.

For this kind of drama - I usually don’t stress too much about the ending. It is like TTEOM- I didn’t mind the ending there. I would rather they give the right ending as it plays out

Well he is in a fit now since Jiang Ai has taken over the void while He Simu is recovering . But I think that has been her plan all along. He Simu wants him over that brink . She wants him to get desperate and bring everything out of him and push him to make that one fatal mistake.

The punishment also showed how much she loves Duan Xu and what she is willing to do for him but at the same time she has also realized what price Duan Xu has been payin for all the exchanges. She is also punishing herself for that. And Yan Ke is seeing all of this. This is going to get very interesting! It’s amazing how all of this has been conveyed in that one sequence by Dilraba. - all that agony

She also punishes herself for the same reason (yes it’s a rule - that is a given) but she also knows that Yan Ke had manipulated the whole All -Knowing episode where Duan Xu gets hurt. She is baiting him again here. Also during this phase where her power is restricted Jaing Ai is going to help her . That is the plan

So in episode 32 - his eyesight is failing? He could not put that key into the lock. Duan Xu is basically losing parts of himself with every exchange .

So I get what He Simu is doing - she is deliberately pushing Yan Ke off the edge - putting a lot of pressure on him, letting him think that she is on his side etc. all so he can be driven off the edge and make that one mistake. Then she is going to get him

Everything- this story and how/who the FL and ML protagonists are - it is just one of a kind . They have adapted the story beautifully on screen . If you think about it - this could have gone so wrong in many ways given the content- but they have worked so hard to give us something this good.
