Episode 9 is incredible. The last scene where Ko is staring at the door and Jira is standing in the hallway as the camera zooms into him - is chilling. It’s the question “who’s move is next? like a piece on a chess board. It was so cinematic. Gun and Off’s’s acting in this episode is next level. So good. Off in particular, It is his physical appearance combined with his cold delivery. He’s is nothing like anything I’ve seen before. This is without a doubt the best series of the the year so far, nothing compares.

What a bad start for the new year and I am not sure why I am sticking it out. For the last two episodes I have been watching it on 2.5 speed. I really dislike pathetic, one dimensional characters and WOW does this series deliver on that front. To say I hate Toh’s character is an understatement of extreme proportions. At this point I can’t imagine Jimmy ever having a reckoning or redemption because he’s such a skeezy guy. I am questioning my choices watching this.
