It’s not tagged as BL but Gay Romance and I would say that fits more. I love this series. Dark, redemptive and beautiful at the same time. It is not fluffy, but rewarding.

I find this series completely entrancing. I can’t point to one thing which makes it stand out for me, but I am sucked into every episode and deeply committed to Odajima‘s and Kataoka‘s relationship. Knowing they are yakuza, I expect heartbreak, but I am still hopeful. Both have such emptiness that the other fills.
