No episodes this week is seriously depressing. I would take an entire episode full of snakes 🐍 if it would mean I could see Chi Cheng chase Wu Qi Qiong around a desk.

Me too. I had to flex a lot for this one. I watched it three times and then it clicked and I really liked it. Some series are like this, you need to take your time with it.
I have never had to concentrate so much during the first two episodes of a series. This was completely new to me, but I am totally into it now. I don’t get the location being in Seattle although everyone is Chinese, or some other choices but I like this evolutionary change in people. Very interesting.
I will miss these boys. I would love to see their stories continue as they go to university and see how they mature in their relationships. I think their level of engagement with each other was perfect. Next series, Men in Love.

I gave it a solid try but after the last episode I just couldn’t stick with this one. There are lots of extremely good things to watch right now so, for me, this just didn’t hold my interest. But give it a try see how you like it.
I always end up watching these series thinking “oh nice scenery, I’d like to go there” at the same time this guy is getting railed on a table. It is a hilarious juxtaposition. I don’t pay attention to the plot too closely, but i was super impressed this season at how they did the nudity. Particularly the last episode. Well placed bath robes, filming angles, all well done brilliantly giving the viewer the intimacy of the main couple but not showing everything. I think these actors are really open and courageous for doing this.
