As someone who is Team Your Sister and loooooooves the A.I. BL slop on YouTube (seriously, I’ve watched/listened to HUNDREDS, not just BL), I have to agree that the writing, storyline, dialogue is MUCH better than this crap.
I have read (listened to on audible) close to 100 Omegaverse/shifter/fated mates novels over the years and was soooooo looking forward to this. Especially because we got BoatOat who did amazing nc scenes (which is a large part of Omegaverse. It is smut, after all).
When the source material is good (like Payback, my favourite BL novel!! Or Deep In The Act, my now second favourite BL novel!!) and you have a cast who have great chemistry, it’s difficult to mess up. But…I think this team would give it their best shot!! It’s not even just the story/plot/pacing… post production is AWFUL. How can you let something like this go out WITH YOUR NAME ON IT?! Actual visible cuts?!

I think he was basically intoxicated by his omega pheromones. I like abo desire, but it was far too PG for me. I need tongues, moaning, Payback level NC. At least that had a good, simple story. Hua Yong is a good character. Knot is awful. I’m watching for the NC and I’m not ashamed of that 💅
