Somehow the English made that whole kidnap/drugged scene more uncomfortable for me? (this is not a remark on his…
I have been reading spoilers about Vegas on Reddit and from what I see in the books he's not a redeemable character at all. Even if they lighten his character I'm not sure that I can get behind him even in the show and root for him and Pete. Play after what he does to pete. Pete developing feelings for him I think it's more on Stockholm syndrome really.
Any other good drama with a nice plot that I can watch?
It definitely is not light hearted even though the second episode was pretty funny but I think that's to lighten the mood because there's lots of angst coming 😆. I did struggle to get through this second episode but that's only because I spent most of it just cringing in second hand embarrassment at the situations he got himself into because he was rebelling a bit against the authority and situation.
I'm only watching this for Syn and Nuer. I hope both actors will have a series as a main couple. The other couples…
probably not because the show gave him a much more significant part than he had in the novel, in the novel he was only a plot device to make Lian jealous, which they didn't really do in the show
He didn't mean the kiss was linked to him asking Kuea to move in. He meant everything that Kuea had been hiding…
Night at the club or the Pentagon was the first time that I truly didn't like Lian. When they were playing never have I ever and he said never have I ever kissed a stranger it's like you know he can't remember so why are you being a dick?! Lol
I've only finished ep 5 and I hope I'm wrong, but isn't Hia Yi kind of abusive to Diao? That boy looked terrified.
Well they don't explain it in the show but apparently in the novels is because his family especially his father was verbally and emotionally abusive towards him has nothing to do with Yi. In fact Yi's father considers Diao's family to be poison and they're also basically using him as a cash cow but hopefully they'll explain that when they explain what happened in his accident. In episode 8 is it episode 8? Diao takes stand and let's Yi have it so definitely no fear there lol
I am honestly not sure if it's Nat or the role. Diao comes a lot more alive as a character around Kuea. But some…
I can explain some stuff but that's only because I read and end up summary for their novel and they've already apparently changed some stuff from that.
**JUST MY OPINION**Those who are bashing Mean for directing a "BL" - he said he'll accept another BL project if…
He himself said he wouldn't do another BL unless he was old and needed money. You can look it up. So yea he can change his mind, but the way he said it makes seem like he wouldn't do it unless he was desperate for money. Which is really insulting you think about it. That is why people are so annoyed. It makes it seem like he was only doing BLs to gain fame which he didn't really get until LBC and then once he had it he was done with them. So if he was directing and starring in his own shows shouldn't he take a step back and apologize? Or at least try to explain what he meant?
I agree with you guys that the plot makes literally no sense especially during that conversation between Lian…
Because despite the lame reason he gave in the show he actually said out if anger after finding out that Kuea is lying to him about who he is. He has always loved him

I also read somewhere that the kissing scenes were unscripted because they director wanted them to be natural..
