I think that it’ll come out in future episodes that it was actually the dad the tampered with it and then let the female lead mom fall or take the blame in order to get her out of the house because at the end of the day she had no use in his house. I said to somebody else’s comment I also think that dad is the mastermind. However, awful concubine may was I think that she in her own mind could say that she was innocent was because she didn’t mean to kill her, even though we know that intent doesn’t matter. I think that the it’s really bad to just give her an abortion pill and the dad either up the dose or did something to it. We obviously know her father is corrupt. He keeps using the reputation of his family is an excuse, but if you cared so much about his family’s reputation, he wouldn’t be doing evil deeds. I think he’s just really selfish and narcissistic and all he cares about is power and he doesn’t care about how he gets it.

I personally think that at the end of the day she didn’t actually poison her, I think that’s why she was so adamant that she hadn’t done it because in her eyes, she just wanted her to miss Carrie. I think it’s a retelling of their story because they have their story in Novoland Pearl eclipse and it was awful. She was basically forced to marry the emperor. You actually didn’t want her around because of the resemblance to her sister because he loved her and he honestly he was abusive and raped her. They then use that to be like oh she’s pregnant now and we’re falling in love. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. It made me so angry so I’m glad they were doing it and I’m hoping that she does have a happier ending than they had in lots of different pearl eclipse
