i feel like 60 ep. went fast ... this is not a boring drama and the pace is excellent . every ep. gives a push…
That fake baby is such a stupid plot. Is she planning to miscarry and blame it on JW with a fall in the office and a fake hidden blood packet? In Cinderella Game she has various size fake bumps and was outed by her future step son who said he saw the baby in the closet, lol
could you imagine if someone was a different race how they would deal with that. That would be interesting to see in a modern K drama. I don’t think I’ve seen any K dramas that talks about racism except for once in. Itewan Class.
This drama started a bit slow for me but really picked up as it went along. I’m enjoying it more than the last one For Eagle Brothers which started dragging near the end. Better than Iron Family even though that one had 2 prominent, adorable male actors.
Ohhohoho it's goin' down yo!👏🏻Seung Jae's dad is .. insufferable. All that talk on "class , status"…
I was almost neutral on SJ’s dad but after this episode I really dislike him. He’s an arrogant, elitist who can’t even see that his wife has been fooling him for so many years. also, it’s not like he married a woman of equal status. She was a waitress when he met her and already had a child. I was really disgusted by that scene where the mom said she didn’t want the daughter to join them for tea and wanted to be alone with her husband. How rude and disgusting. I can’t imagine any parent doing that to their own child. The line that her half sister told her about a parent supporting their child’s dream finally broke through to her. .
I have found JH to be so adorable the past 2 episodes. His character really has matured. I think EH is finally coming around again. He’s not going to give up any time soon.
Wow! We’re finally getting somewhere! The witches house of cards are finally beginning to tumble. And her husband is no better! All of their children will abandon them in the end. Those two deserve each other but the chairman won’t put up with her lies once he learns of them. The scene at the end of episode 40 was so tense! I had tears in my eyes after SB and SJ mutually broke up. We know it won’t last. It’s funny how two of the siblings are involved with each other. The final 10 episodes are going to be so good.
100% agree with this assessment of the show. They did what most Kdramas fail to do towards the end of a show—…
Yup, for example Bon Appetite your majesty wrapped it up too quickly. As i understand it, in the written work, there was an explanation of how he returned to her time which they totally left out. Even many of the dramas I loved often rush the ending. Two older ones that also had complete endings was Fated to love you and Secret Garden. I know there are more, but those stick out in my mind. I loved this drama and it certainly deserves a 9 or better
