I really loved watching their relationship and blossoming friendship. It was unique and something I really haven’t seen in a drama before.

I feel like she needed to put some space between her and everyone to allow herself to heal. She was such a broken individual before going to work for the chairman and had no human connections. It’s not important to see what she did during this time but it seems she lived in the chairman’s house. Also, no one but the lawyer knew the true relationship with the chairman and out of respect for him after his death it was appropriate to have time to grieve alone. Going back to the town where she had a friend, a man and people who cared for her, she can make a life for herself and be happy which was what she said she wanted. It makes perfect sense to me.

Yes, I think she’s Shin Soo-Hyun who plays Ji Hyeok’s sister in the ongoing drama Our Youth which is currently half way through on Kocowa. I had to rewind a couple of time to watch and listen to her. Does anyone else agree with me?

I’ve read on other boards that the death penalty has been suspended in Korea so that even if charges with it they will probably spend their life in prison. She has cell mates that will provide plenty of torture which i was grateful wasn’t shown but implied

Can you call it a K drama without the psycho killer throwing a fit in court and not accepting their fate?? I think not because it’s always oh, so satisfying!!

I think she’s the sister in Our Golden Days.

She is very wealthy. Even though she gave up running the company she kept the inheritance. She she can do anything she wants now and I suspect she will go back to being the kindergarten teacher.

I loved it! Intriguing story, with a few of my favorite actors. 12 episodes were perfect. Satisfying, non-rushed ending. A couple of my favorite actors were in it too and some new ones. I love the FL, she was great in Vincenzo and Our Movie. At first HiJi was so annoying, but she really grew on me and by the end I loved her character. Lawyer Don was so good in his role-I wonder if anyone else focused on how often he adjusted his glasses so stiffly! I found the townsfolk sweet and not overly annoying. This got a 9/10 from me.

All very good observations. I originally thought that person was trying to help him but afterwards wondered if they sabotaged him. Those crocodile tears from her evil birth mother were disgusting! She’s better not wisk her away to donate her liver without anyone else knowing.

I also think after accidentally meeting her current husband, she plotted to have him fall for her. And yes, she is the WORST! She’s trying to sell off her innocent daughter as well. I can’t wait till her evil deeds are discovered by her family and she loses her s**t. There’s always at least one psychopath in every drama and it’s her!

It seems that Jeong Won is not the only liar here. Her future inlaws (and Mother), her fake mother, and thewoman who raised her all have secrets and have told lies. Even her father lied to her mother regarding her death.

well we’re 1/4 of the way through and so much has happened. I can’t even imagine what they have in store for us for the next 75 episodes!

I was so confused and thought I was actually rewatching the last episode so I skipped to the end and realized it was a new episode! I agree! This is becoming a frustrating drama
