Is JW greedy as many suggest? Is she really benefiting/enjoying being the DIL of a rich family? I really don’t see it. she always looks stressed and unhappy. She never seems to enjoy anything or smile. The only time I see her remotely happy is when she’s with her dad or his wife. being abandoned by her mother, having her father being called a murderer and being looked down upon by her awful friend caused her to have very poor self-esteem. I really hope that by the end of this drama, she can feel good about herself and live for herself whether she’s with someone or pursuing her dream of being a designer.
JW's greedy too. She's always been the ambitious type... she's just a villain protagonist. She did not want to…
It’s interesting that this idea that she’s greedy keeps coming up. I don’t really see evidence of that other than the beautiful clothes she wears. She’s not out shopping all day and showing off to others. She seems really nervous and unhappy all the time. I think the only time she ever genuinely smiles is when she’s with her dad or his wife. She truly cares about them. She’s doesn’t love herself because she believes her mother abandoned her and until that is resolved she won’t be able to love anyone else.
Am I the only one who just can’t warm up to CJW (the FL)? 🧐 Hear me out….I don’t dislike her for no reason,…
I think the way the real Yong Chae treated her was part of what shaped her. Stealing her designs and treating her like a servant. It’s really Young Chae that is a horrible person. Ungrateful, lazy, self entitled, elitist, and the list goes on! I really want to see her and her awful mother fall down!
I know not to put too much expectation into the previews. They only show a snippet that distorts what actually happens. Even though i know that, I watch and often rewind those previews, lol
Glad I'm not the only one who dislikes Ha-Neul lol
Agree. He’s always seemed wishy washy to me and he finally seems to be showing some b***s when he confronts HN. I would like to see him continue down this path and become a strong character who can stand up to his father and go off on good own without worrying about the Kyung family business.
What strategy do you suggest for JW to fight back? I feel she does need to lose a bit, since our villainess can't…
Many of you Keep saying her dad will die. That would be so unfair for all he has had to endure not to mention what it would do to her. It certainly would amp up her revenge tenfold!
wow! Major reveals in episode 44. I’m a bit worried for JW. I still like her because I think she’s been traumatized so badly that she doesn’t really see clearly beyond her desire for revenge. And it’s not just revenge for herself but for her father. I wonder what she will want after her mother is finally brought down/and I believe she will be at some point much later.
i had trouble watching the entire episodes so i fast forwarded alot. But i watched the interactions between Ji Un and her husband and couldn’t figure out why they weren’t intimate other that his family history. He didn’t have any trouble with his new wife though. Does that mean he changed and made an effort with with her? That aspect kind of bothered me but i may have missed something. Do you think it was equally their fault? I absolutely hated how he obsessed over this birds.
They are both so good at playing the opposite sex. He did that in his last drama with the same actress (Potato Lab) where he dressed up as a princess. I’m enjoying watching the two of them. it’s also nice seeing the cute soldier from CLOY in a main role. He’s very good!
