Title Dear X
Lmao. They can't accept the fact thay Ajin is responsible for Ingang's death. It's even mentioned in start of…
Yes, this why I said they messed up. It doesn't fit her sociopathic diagnosis to do that.. they are trying to make her more likable but sociopath treat relationships base on value it provides and that grandma provided maternal interactions she lacked which is what it should motivate her to keep her around because it has value to her not because she cared for her. It still shouldn't make her act completely out of character and become so emotional, that makes no sense to her diagnosis unless we decide that she is actually not sociopathic. Sociopathic person doesn't care for person like that, they care for the value it provides them.

I think they are trying to make it easily digestible for viewers to not completly hate her but logically for her sociopathic profile this makes absolutely no sense. Only reason she would ever cry like that should be pperformative.

They trying to make her more redeemable and if they pull some bs that her "bf" died because that new psycho character killed him then I regret watching this as I expected they will stay true to making ruthless irredeemable monster not some watered down attempt.

That grandma part was imo done out of character for her sociopathic traits. She wouldn't care for her in that capacity but she would find value in her relationship with that grandma so she would maybe prefer she is around.

Her praying and getting emotional was wrong way to go about it. She would mostly probably just be pissed and inconvenienced she lost relationship that in her opinion fulfilled one of her needs and therefore had value.

Her "bf" no longer had value to her so for her, he is basically inconvenience and might aswell be dead. Grandma has value to fulfil some sort of maternal role.

Of course, I don't want someone like that in real life. That is why I am watching and learning. But it's satisfying…
Her choice to hold back and not to kill someone is purely done out of self preservation. If she could remove inconveniences with snap of a finger without any repercussions she would do it in a instant.

Basically if relationship no longer hold any value to her then person might aswell be dead if it's more convenient.

I don't expect her to do morally right, I find it weird you justifying it.

Your take on baseball player is so unbelievably wrong and out of touch I can't even believe it.

Worse case she could setup self defense kill and maybe go serve time herself for 4 years without messing up anyone else life. There are ton of other solutions.

Now due to her sociopathic traits I understand she only sees value in people who are useful to her and she doesn't care what happens to them and her choice on how to deal with it.

I understand her decisions and why she does it the way she does and I am fine with it because it makes sense for the character. What it doesn't make sense if for the viewer to justify it tho and downplay it and I find you reasoning for baseball player disgusting.

Does she tho? It's usually disproportionate punishment paired with using and ruining innocent lifes without caring one bit. She is no better then the people she targets. In most cases worse. Maybe somewhat understandable at start with father and even there she keep using innocent people to do her dirty work without giving one F.

Now she is just doing it to keep her fame, convincing herself it will bring her happiness and destroying innocent lifes over small inconveniences with disproportionate measures.

It's so funny to expect a sociopath to have empathy
sociopaths can experience a form of empathy known as cognitive empathy, which allows them to understand others' feelings without necessarily feeling emotional concern for them.

Now there usually have to be desire and goodwill for them to even try doing that. It also depends how antisocial their disorder is. So it would be very rare.

They also have hard time connecting with new people. Realistically Jun Seo would be by far be the highest to even have any influence on her maybe doing that and even then he must have some value to her to that.

How is kendo cringe...?
I asume they don't think Kendo by itself is cringe but it's stereotypical filler hobby / interest to showcase culture and get some government funding. It's overused and usually hidden promotion.

Being bullied does not justify getting innocent people involved and ruining their lifes. It also does not justify killing.

Calling people who are sane and morally right bullies them self because they don't root for FL who is sociopathic monster created from series of abuses makes me question some of mdl commentators reasoning skills and morality.

Many people who do bad things were often also treated badly in life so this does not justify this behavior, it's just sad result of reality. Well adjusted people don't go on killing spree or plot some elaborate bs. They usually move on and grow from bad experience.

But then again most are probably clueless teens and are missing the point of this drama and what it is trying to portray. The irony of rooting for FL while also justifying actions due to being bullied is truly peak laugh I got today. It's like a dissolution someone who does bad things convince themselves to justify bad actions.

This drama so far was enjoyable because it is so ruthless in portraying fl as true irredeemable monster and as I said I hope they don't pull some bs.

he did several times to make her feel safe, like ask her to move from old house, but she didn't want... he wanted…
sociopaths seek to dominate and control others as a way to fulfill their own needs and desires. Someone else doing their own thing and not following their way of doing it will not sit well with them because it means losing control.

It's mdl, adjust your expectations 😅

people can hate female characters
She is very dislikable character and that's kinda the point. I def don't root for her, I am just along for the journey to see the downfall.

You can root for anti hero but this character is just straight up monster which is the only reason I even watch this because they had the balls to go full on make irredeemable lead and I hope they don't bail out at the end.

If you plan to watch this just expect that FL is full on irredeemable and completly unreletable self destructing 0 F*** given monster or you won't be able to handle this.

You're suggesting she has to be a real sociopath to play such a good sociopath role? Why?
I think theu were being kinda playful and not that serious with initial statement but it is true that statistically very high % of sociopaths are CEOs, actors, etc..

Not saying that she is but statistically it's kinda against her tho narcissistic tendencies are highest in media personalities. While sociopaths are highly present in media roles they are most common as CEO, lawyers, politicians, surgeons then maybe actors.

Tho people often mix up sociopaths with psychopaths and most sociopaths are harmless.

It may help people to know that I didn't enjoy Ep 1 and mostly Ep 2.Ep 1 because it wasn't clear why she's not…
Yes, episode 1 is the worst one but also probably cost the most. It did not hook me at all and was badly edited. It got way better ep 2 / 3 on.
