I mean it's an adaptation from a manhwa, it's not supposed to be realistic
Yeah but like, the very majority of action manhwa and manga, even if they are not fantasy or sci-fi, are very unrealistic in every aspect. The fight scenes are unrealistic, the character’s abilities are not realistic, the situations they find themselves in are not realistic… Like that’s why its fiction, and not a documentary. Even in the simple romance or slice-of-life manwa that are expected to be realistic, most of the situations in these manhwa are not actually something that happens often in real life. The same goes for kdrama, movies, books or any type of fiction really. Now, what i said that it’s an adaptation from the manhwa, i meant this: there is a whole subgenre revolving around the adaptations from the manhwa or the webtoons, and its different from just simpy taking the manwa as an inspiration to interpret it into live action. And when they are adapting like this, the poing is to stay as cartonish and unrealostic as the original comic. It’s like a comic boom coming to life literally.
I'm really loving it so far, but now i'm annoyed that i started watching this before the airing finished, because I'll have to wait for a whole week for just 2 episode now. This would be so good for a binge.
1- what story did he want to write about in the end?2- did he live in his friend's family house or it was only…
2 I think he was just bullshitting the whole time about the story and nothing actually was real. He probably went to their house only once, and it seems like it was the son's birthday so he invited all his friends, not just Lee Kang. From that point on it was just pure imagination. He's probably never even spoken with Mr and Mrs Kim, yet alone live with them.
3 I don't think he did anything with the wife, not even kiss. That was just the professor being delusional as usual. He came to their apartment that day only to steal the professor's manuscript. And the wife leaving him, she did that bcs she found out she is getting sick (the stomach aches) from too much stress and unhappiness in her marriage , so she decided it was time she let it go and star living for herself.
