Anyone know if this is being subbed ?
A team on Reddit took over ep 2 for Bumdi, so hopefully they'll continue.

Along with the stated reason, I liked it because it was well put together. I appreciate goo execution. Time travel…
It's one of mine as well! It left an impact on me that I didn't realize while I was watching, which is interestingly the exact opposite of Signal. It's not a low-rated drama but it's a bit obscure. It's not deep but it made us care about the main guy and was really a nice story. It created that emotional connection that Signal tried only managed to make with a few.

Same. I always struggle with whether to rate something objectively or subjectively though....

Haha, when objectivity wins over your actual enjoyment, you can tell that it's written well enough but it's a personal preference point that's missing.
I completely agree with what you're saying--it didn't leave any afterward impression probably because it's so character-focused and as @ZaneAraki is saying, the power of the drama is mainly in their journey. Once it's over, it's over--which is probably why it lacks that final impact.

I suppose I valued the experience/journey of this drama more than I did the look-back at whether it left a strong impression, and that's likely why so many people loved it--they don't reflect back on it and notice the lack of impact it truly has.
It's like the exact opposite of the drama Remember (if you've watched it), which to me was a very frustrating, intense ride at first, but looking back, was extremely well done and impactful. :P

Can't help but feel this is overrated, the rating did a drop a bit from what it used to be though. You get perfect…
Along with the stated reason, I liked it because it was well put together. I appreciate goo execution. Time travel is always questionable, so I can't say anything about that--but whatever hole they did have in the plot/time travel mechanism, it was covered up well-enough for me to look over it.
To me, it was the execution and characters that worked. Jo Jin Woong was mainly who won my heart + it was an interesting and fresh take on a rehashed plot. Also, I have a love for police procedural dramas and the concept itself was very fun--the idea you can solve cold cases through the past isn't new, but it was well-executed.

So overall, I liked it because of the execution. Cinematography, actors, characters, writing, and plot all meshed together well, which I think is very hard to find in drama land. You may find a few dramas that have good aspects in any of those things, but nothing that comes together quite as well.
On another note, in contradiction to myself, I /do/ completely agree that it lacked that something. Whatever it was, I don't know--but I totally get what you mean. While I appreciated it and gave it a 9, it's still an 8.7 in my book. Or at least a tentative 9.

ooh, perfect description! I agree that it's very smooth. It feels well-planned out and reminds me a bit of US tv in the way that they handle the suspense of wanting to find out what will happen. Definitely book-ish--I've been wondering if it's based off of one haha! When I watch I feel like I'm being engulfed by it--like a river of honey or something.
