It was originally listed as 24, if I remember properly. That would have been nice 'cause they would have had more time to transition the ending more smoothly.
I'm not saying it's rushed because of the time gap/think Ji Bai's recovery feels rushed, lol. I get that bit. I'm saying they didn't incorporate those personal lives or relationship development into previous episodes enough for the drama to not feel suddenly like a different drama. It felt like a switch from the action/crime to a sudden romance and it just wasn't smooth enough. :P
All was good until about ep 10 when it started to drag a little just to 'fill it up' for the remaining…
I'll agree w/ you on everything but the acting lol. Seo In Guk did amazingly with his character. All the little subtleties from the way he speaks down to the way he moves really brought Louie to life lol.
Wow, this review is one of the best I've read. I completely agree with it! And I also found the acting to…
It was still an amazingly accurate review even if you couldn't touch upon every topic. People who haven't watched must absolutely read it in order to get any sense of whether they want to. It explains the type of drama it is perfectly and analyzes it like a true review~ Couldn't help but nod in agreement as I read it. :D
Loved it! Wang Kai and Wang Olivia were sooo good. The biggest problem I had was that the ending felt weirdly rushed and they shoved the romance in like last minute. Other than that, really fun and BEAUTIFUL cinematography!
I still didnt understand the last few mins of the final episode. So why is Ji Bai having blurry visions? What…
I think it's an "open end" bc it's a police drama + it's based off a book! I haven't read the novel but it's likely that there's more to it than just the Myanmar case so they may be thinking of a season 2 :P

Wow, this review is one of the best I've read. I completely agree with it! And I also found the acting to be great. Lee Sun Gyun especially! He conveys so much through his mannerisms; I can never get enough of him, that's for sure.
basically this drama takes every single type of romance possible in a k-drama and shoves it into one featuring seven beautiful men and a way-too-lucky actress.
love line #1: childhood friend
love line #2: office romance
let's see where it goes from there :,)
it's the most cliched and yet inventive drama at the same time and it's ADORABLE.
ahh it went by really fast and was only mentioned vaguely though :P I found it somewhat vague too so I wouldn't be surprised if most people didn't notice anyway lol!
yeah, hence the sister being like "how can you let her live with you" and the mistress being like "I wanted you to divorce bc I knew you'd be happier" lmao
Realistic and and amazing slice of life. Recommend it if you can deal with that. :)
Perhaps one of the best takes on the effects of affairs and some double standards that exist~

As in the voice behind "EOLMANA EOLMANAAAA".
