In episode 1, what did she write for the manuscript/speech that made the madame angry?
Well, I mean, I got that they were actually saying that they weren't really serious and all, but I don't get why the translation wasn't good. .-. Like, even the school says there's a problem with it. One of the "professors" even says (paraphrasing) "it's okay to say it like this but it's old fashioned and in bad taste" or something like that. This whole scene had me so confused...
I can't vote this right away because I would give it a 10, and I don't think it deserves a 10. So I'll sleep on it, but, man, what a ride! I definitely need to pick up the manga again.
EDIT: it's been 14 hours and, while I still want to give this a 10, I'm going to be as objective as I can, and lean more towards a 9/9.5.
With this 8, I'm probably giving this dorama a higher rating that it deserves, - especially after the whole finale, which was terrible, in my opinion, - but the series is nice and fun, and the acting good.
So, yeah, it's a good dorama if you want to relax and watch something funny and a bit over the top!
I'm going to ask this very innocently, please forgive my (probably) stupid question but: is it safe to say this…
You're welcome! I found them yesterday when I was looking up some Yamapi stuff, I didn't notice they just came out, it must have been though on those who wanted to watch the end .-.
Thanks for the suggestion, though, I'll definitely follow your advice! ^^

I unfortunately don't understand Japanese well enough to watch without subs (hail fansubbers *bows*), so I don't watch series that are currently airing. This way I don't have to wait for the subs/episodes, and, in case they don't sub the whole dorama, I simply don't watch it. But I would like to follow this as it airs, seeing as it would be more convenient for me.
Okay, I dropped this at ep 5. I love Yamapi and main actress and supporting actors as well, but can you somebody…
Heh. I would say "it gets better" because somehow the relationship changes (from her point of view), so... yeah. It also ends on a high note in this regard, in my opinion. But still, the stalking bs is creepy indeed.

I JUST DON'T GET IT!!! It was good!! It had proper grammar and proper syntax, I just. Don't. Get. It.
I think it's a cultural thing? Like, from what I gathered, she made the client look ridiculous or something? I don't know, and it drove me crazy. If you find out the answer please, PLEASE let me know!!
Still, I ended up giving it a 9.5 and the dorama is now listed among my favourites, so... ^^

May I suggest this one http://i59.tinypic.com/30msfgj.jpg ? :Q_____

PS: I actually was thinking about Flowers for Algernon - of which you can find the subs now, by the way :)
