I just added a crime dorama on my PTW list. I never watch crime stuff unless I carefully think about it. I think…
Will do, thank you! It's on my list, was thinking to watch it after I finish Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge! Man, he's so hot in that dorama, if you don't mind shallow-me saying!

So far in everything I've watched with him, he is... good?? I just can't wrap my head around that. I seriously thought he would be just another pretty face with no talent (like my poor Yamapi). I am just shocked.
This dorama has been recced to me a while ago, but I've only just got around to watch it. It was super funny and definitely something I would recommend you all watch!
One thing though, people told me to watch it because I was looking for something similar to Love Shuffle, but, however brilliant Manhattan Love Story is, I would never put it on the same level as LS. The genres and characters were so different, there's really no comparison. The only thing you might say is similar is the triangles/quadrangles/whatevs.
I just finished this dorama. I am so not okay with the ending.
Yes, good job, great message, "love has no age limit" - except when it does. At 24, your dreams, your life, your expectations, are completely different than when you're 40. They are. Of, course, there are exceptions, but this is not one of them.
I also cannot and will not get over the fact that Hiroto kept on lying to Sakura-san. Yes, it was all "in the name of love". Well, boo-ho, in real life you need to trust the person you love, because without trust what is left?
I am so very disappointed in this dorama. I actually liked it a lot: it's funny, cheerful, and generally good. But the ending? Epic fail.
Also, YamaPi, what the heck. He was so awesome I can't even. Akira shokku indeed!!
Favourite character has to be Mariko, she's just so <3 Chapeau to Horikita Maki, she's always great.
Overall, a great, heartwarming story with a great cast to compliment it. Nobuta Powah, chuunyuu!
