It's sad that in society alcohol and drugs are still played down. The image of being "cool" while drinking is like a worldwide phenomenon and i would have appreciated it if gmmtv could have handled it better in the series. Like I said, was the drugging scene really necessary? 🙈

I think it will get messier now because we are halfway through the season but even if i don't mind that we will end up with the main ships I really hope that we will get some proper kisses outside the main ships nonetheless! I'm really curious about the acting and chemistry of the actors with other partners when they really have to kiss someone else. And right now it really feels a bit disappointing that we never got an actual kiss because they always stop or are interrupted right before.

I wonder if this scene was really necessary for the plot because afterwards Dean seemed to be nearly sober again (in comparison to his drug trip before). So will the use of drugs have any consequences for him?
This series is so good! It manages to deliver the cruel mafia part but also some cute and hilarious scenes as well and somehow it fits together very well! I'm really looking forward to the beginning of their romantic relationship!
Okay I was calmly enjoying the hot mess which was going on but what the hell was that at the end?!?!? ArnoldTua caught me offguard and then Bostons Waistgrab!!! 😳 the dream of a GMMTV throuple nearly came true 😅😆 (but I'm not so sure if i really want THIS throuple 🤭😅🙈)
Wow, I only discovered this series last weekend and finally I'm hooked again by an ongoing BL! This series is really bloddy, cruel and dark but i think it's realistic considering the mafia theme.
I really like the proper build up of the characters. We get much background information and the actors plays well. The cinematography and editing is nice too!
Regarding the BL part we also get some first physical touches and gazes 😏 i'm interested in how their relationship will develop.
And somehow i think (or better hope 🙈) that the ending of episode 3 was part of Liuyis plan 🙈🙈🙈
I really liked that we got a little background story of Dean and the reason behind the breakup with Jack. Furthermore Dean had his nice moment when he asked Jack to withdraw Boston from the project because of his past with Tua. That was a true friend behaviour I hadn't expected from Dean.
Poor Tua! He had such a cute little moment with his crush on the couch and Boston managed to show up in the worst moment 🙈 and regarding the preview he will mess with Arnold, too 😣 I think ArnoldTua are my favorite couple so far 💜 they look like the most innocent! But I know Only Friends so at the end all of them aren't pure green flags 🙈
And AouBoom nailed their hot pool scene again 🥵 This time it's definitely Raffy who is the biggest red flag !
Actually I was laughing when Jack threw Dean out of his appartment because I had to think at Fadel who pulled Style out of his burger joint in the heartkillers 🤣 Jack was really much nicer to Dean🤭
And again a series which manages to put an Easter Egg in it regarding the real life of the actors. And it fits the energy from JackDean. I wonder if it was EarthMix' idea because it's a very sensible subject 🙈
Ep. 2 was as good as the first episode! I really like the series, the pacing is good, the music fits and characters look interesting 👍🏻 and i like the concept of the series that the viewers get some direct comments from the characters about their thoughts in some scenes. But personally I don't like the fast cuts of random photos between some scenes. It's too often and stresses me somehow 😅
In ep 1 Raffy was my favorite character but now Tua has won my heart 💜 He is the most innocent one and i felt so sorry for him when Arnold left him after their kiss 🥺🙈
Arnold is like a big, cute teddybear who seems a little naive and just enjoys his life 😊
AouBoom are nailing their roles! This was definitely one of the wildest GMMTV kisses 👅🥵 so let's hope we get more tongues in other GMMTV shows soon 😈
Mix plays the villain sooo good! I love Mix but I hate this narcistic and manipulative Dean 😅

His look at the end of the episode said it all! And Deans look was also suspicious. The "MJ" was an easter egg, a reference to the real life. Last year during the The Heartkillers World tour JoongDunk recreated a famous photo of Tom Holland and his girlfriend. They both played roles in a spiderman movie and she was "MJ". JoongDunk recreated this photo and Dunk continued calling Joong "My MJ" = My Joong 😅 and it fits here in the series too because he could mean "My Jade".

The other avengers had to choose who will die next and Puth could see whom they choose after having installed the cameras in their rooms.
Bell was the girl who on the one hand put some acid over another girl and on the other hand she was the oke who suggested the abortion to Puifai. She brought her to the hospital and she told Cherreen about the pregnancy who told it Champ and they all forced her to the abortion.
Unfortunately that's a realisitc part of the series. Life isn't fair 🙈But i get you
Yes, Jades reaction might be off. Actually he gave us no real reaction to the happening and overall the realtionship between the two brothers wasn't shown much in the whole show. It's a lack of writing. There was some depth in the characters missing
Time flies fast. Here I am writing down my final thoughts about the last episode of Dare you to death! I remember how hyped I was for the premiere of this series. The pilot film was so promising and even if the series didn’t match my expectations I really enjoyed DYTD and I will miss JadeKamin! 💜

What I liked 💜 - Some people here say they didn’t like the first half of this episode. For me it’s quite the opposite! I loved the first ca 20 minutes! The whole scene in the house was full of suspense and I was seated on the edge of my couch!😱 Finally we got what everyone was waiting for: psychopathic villains 😳, pure madness🤪, Red Flag victims 😵and JadeKamin in action! 😈 You thought “ah this is how it will end” but then suddenly a plottwist mixed everything up again and you are surprised what will happen next! 🤩 This lasts until right before the bomb exploded. This was a downgrader I will talk about down below. - I really love Sing as a psychopathic killer! 😍 I think I haven’t seen anything of him before (at least I can’t remember) but he really nailed his role here! - I like the little kiss before JadeKamin part in the house.😘 I’m totally here for some romance in deadly situations😅 - Jades waist-grab in the house at the sea was so damn hot! 🥵 How he grabbed Kamins waist, pulled him forwards, the little turn and then the kiss while leaning against the table~ 🔥 - The scene where Jade and Kamin are sitting at the beach was really beautifully shot😍 - I so love the little Easter Eggs again! I really made a little jump when Kamin said My MJ! 💜😍 And the reference to Dunk as chef was cute, too 🥰 - The last scene with the wedding proposal was so hilarious and typical JoongDunk-coded 🤣 - I’m glad that they changed the “romantic music” during their romantic scenes! I had the impression that in the first 4 episodes they only used one music track… - Dunks head looks so tiny in Joongs big hands.🥺 I really love it how Jade often holds Kamins head with both hands 💜 - And finally we get our shirtless Jade back 😆😈🔥

The bomb exploded and you could see the flames bursting through all windows but then there is a cut to Puifai, Champ, Jade and Kamin and there are no flames, only the walls are trembling a little, another cut an the whole house burns while JadeKamin are leaving it with Champ 🤨🤔 - Furthermore I don’t like the CGI of the flames. They look really cheap.😕 I know this is a question of the budget but… well… it could have been better - And again they forgot to put on some dirt and dust on the actors when they leave the burning house
The murder case🔪 - So Jay was really the worst of them all, because he knew about all of it but he didn’t help Puifai or said anything. Sometimes it’s even worse to do nothing than doing something bad. I think this is actually a good message!☝🏻 - Champ was one of the obvious suspects of the whole case and even if he didn’t murder the other avengers, at the end he killed Cherreen and Puifai after all.🙈 - I think it’s realistic that the argumentation that Puifais mother would be happy to know that Puifai is still alive wouldn’t stop Puifai from killing them. Puifai was ready to commit suicide before so why would she stop now…
Still unsolved questions❓ - How did Puifai come together with Puth? I know Puth might have been her doctor or at least he knows her from the hospital where she was treated because of her depression but how did they become closer? 🤔 - Why was Puth such a psychopath? What is his background? I get why Puifai acts like she did but even if Puth understands her you don’t get so mad in character just by understanding.🤨 - The relation between the drug case and the murder case is a bit blurry. Yes, Puth worked at the hospital and was the manager of the chemical department where he sold the chemicals to Seon Jae but what had it to do with Tonklas room? And why did they put Ketamine in everyones corpse? - I really wonder what has happened to Jade and Jays parents. - And why did they call themselves “the avengers”?
I think it’s a good final episode with some flaws but overall it was one of the best episodes of this series! So here are some final thoughts about the whole series:
What I loved💜 - I adored the Easter eggs! 😍 The after credit scene with the painted beards which reminds us of the famous filtered photo of JoongDunk, “My MJ” = My Joong and Dunk as Chef💜 - Even if there are flaws in the writing, editing and directing for me the plot itself was really interesting and I loved it to speculate about the case and the murderer and his motive!🤓 - There were so many cute little JoongDunk moments, especially their domestic life (cooking, cleaning, morning/evening routine etc.)🥰
What I was disappointed about😕 - The editing and some director choices were mostly really bad so that the plot and the acting suffered too☹ - I really like the OST which was sung by Joong and Dunk and the Intro but I didn’t like the other background music choices. Perhaps I was a bit too spoiled by P’Jojos amazing OST choices for THK - The sound problems is a common flaw in GMMTV productions and I don’t get it why they can’t fix it. But it became better in the last episodes. - Overall I had expected a darker themed series like it was in the pilot trailer but GMMTV can’t live without a romcom…😩
