Agree with you. Some people are just unhappy and prefer to choose a negative route to express themselves after watching each and every series or even whatever they see in life. Its his/her/their choices which isnt wrong. Dont take it to heart. Its ok if the series wasnt a commercial success. Its ok if the series did not do well in terms of viewership. CY is still himself. He never said he wanted to be the most famous actor in China anyway. Most important is that we can tell how hard CY worked to bring FG to us and that his fans enjoyed watching his performances. No need to argue further. In life, we dont need to be the best 24/7. We also do not need to win every argument. We just do our best everyday and Be a happier version of yourself/ ourselves everyday :)

So i believe in the end, they disappeared together. He purposely saved her soul to wait for him to return and then they were shattered under the tree together. It was actually touching for me. His biggest guilt towards her i bet is that he never confessed to her that he loved her from the very beginnning.

Am re-watching again and found so much love in the earlier episodes. For me, Fugui fell in love with Qingtong when she turned into human form but he knew as a soldier, he has responsiblities. Middle part, he was ready to spend the rest of his life with her but they got separated..... When they reunited, the black fox has gotten so strong that he knew, he had to be the one to destroy it..........

I thought so too. I like that Fugui came back to look for Qingtong before both of them disappeared together. I belive they both died.

And the father and son have good chemistry. Towards the end, the father found back his 'the sword in his heart'

Its not exactly that sad to me coz they sacrificed for the peace of the universe so its a good thing. After what happened in season 2, it would be impossible for FG to have a HE. Can watch the final 3-4 episodes. I feel that it makes sense

They had to kill rumu as this was the turning point for Fuguai to have hatred. His death triggered FG to be angry. I cried a lot for that but i think it was a beautiful ending for him and Long Wei Yun too

I am guessing it was indeed CY's decision/interpretation of XQS. He did not want to play the stereotyped macho hero who looks good and composed 24/7. He wanted to show that a Hero can have his own struggles and emotions especially when dealing with failures, mistakes and family members. So when he acted as LCZ, he is completely different. Stark contrast.

I actually like this ending coz somehow thats life. Nobody gets a perfect ending in life. Just like how he interpreted the purpose of living. It is to live with joy, live without regrets, live life to its fullest. Bu wong chi sang!

I could relate to him in fact. How he misses his mother....... he cries due to his honest struggles esp when his own siblings doubted him. The part when he cried knowing his sis died was also very heart breaking. I could relate to his emotions as i would react in same manner

I must also disagree with you as i do not think the effort they put in was a joke. It is indeed below par but not a joke. I think respect is important. the OST is actually quite good too si ti say that is forgettable is a little too insulting

Its relatable actually. Being the eldest in the family, he was expected to be the best BUT he was struggling to cope with everyone's expectations of him so he became irritable and overly sensitive

ML might cry a lot but i can understand why. He is from modern times so being in ancient time is a struggle. I can imagine it myself if u put me into those era, i dont think i can cope.

Because it makes sense. By right, XQS will not be able to fight with his 2nd brother who has absorbed the internal strenght of Crazy Yan so he went all out exceeding his limits. As to XMM , i think the moment he opted to stay in jianghu, he was fated not to be able to return. He opted to fight for his family friends and country so he died with dignity
