A forehead kiss wouldn't do. If we pay attention to what was said before the kiss, we can see the purpose of that kiss. She tells him men usually don't really know how they feel, and he said who says he doesn't. That kiss was for him to show her he knows how he feels. It's him kissing her, not her kissing him. She was just giving in to it and letting him. It's not meant to be a shared passionate kiss given the circumstances.

Standards and morals of war back in the historic times are not the same as the moral standards of the 21st century that we live in today. You are judging it with the morals of our modern times. It isn't anything personal, but more so a necessity back then during war, to prevent further uprisings/coups and bloodshed and also to weaken the enemies' power the whole opposition and their families have to be killed. Even though the ML killed her family during war as an army general, he personally was tormented by it and became her protector and put his own life on the line to save hers multiple times. I don't think it was a matter of her forgiving him, rather, they were bonded together by mutual trauma and hardship. Love can blossom when all they have is each other to depend on.

That kiss was suppose to be that way. She has conflicting emotions and and is very tortured. She is fighting an inner battle within herself, afterall she is in love with the person who killed her whole family. It's very fitting she kissed him that way.

No, he thinks his only way to leave and not be stuck here is by killing her. It's not really about revenge, more to do with him wanting to move on but unable to do so as long as she's there. Not to say he isn't bitter, he very much is bitter that she killed him after they were in love, he doesn't understand why she did it and wants to know why, clearly he's very hurt and confused. My guess is she killed him then herself right after, out of desperation and love, in a dire situation where they were both running for their lives and she didn't see a way out of it alive. Perhaps it was in the hopes that they can come back and live peacefully together in another lifetime ( similar to the lotus seed analogy he gave her where he said the lotus seeds only blossom when damaged and can sprout thousand years later). Her killing him probably has nothing to do with avenging her parents at that point. She was clearly very distraught when he said he'l be back and kissed her. He had no way of knowing what she was thinking to understand her actions.

FL is there as his employee, working (not as a girlfriend or even a friend), she can't just tell his ex gf off even if she wanted to. That would be unprofessional. Also, no one let the ex gf in, he went to tell her off and she just barged her way in. FL had no say in it. Maybe she will put her in her place once their relationship develops into a more personal one. Lets hope.

Loved this FL in taxi driver, which is my main reason to give this a go. Turns out the ML here is great aswell. Not only do they look great together, they are doing an awesome job with their character portrayal aswell. Great pairing.

I for one think the acting here is amazing. Not over the top but subtle enough. Fits the character's personality perfectly.

Atleast he now has edited out most of the swearing in his replies and deleted some of the vulgar emojis so as to make himself look better. Maybe he is becoming more self aware and is infact embarrassed about it after all.

Lets not engage with this person anymore. He thinks he's smarter than everyone else and his questions are somehow ground breaking (dude, it's not. LOL). He doesn't have the capacity to understand that this is an ongoing story still and everyone here has similar questions just like him. Nothing is confirmed yet and at this point everything is just speculations. Having questions about something incomplete doesn't equate it as it having loopholes. It just means we need to see more to know. People are here to theorize and swap ideas while the answers are being revealed as the series progresses. Its like reading just the 1st few chapters of a novel and then complaining how the story makes no sense and is full of loopholes because there are unanswered questions.

What you do need is to have a little patience. This is an ongoing drama. All the whys and hows are not yet explained. They will be revealed as the story progresses. If by the end they still haven't answered all the questions then we can criticize about the loopholes. This is a fantasy drama afterall. They are creating the world and making the rules as they go. We don't know the whole story yet.
