He is too young to be feeling like this. It seems to be a trend these days to make oneself feel « old ». It’s…
I heard in an interview where he said he just smokes for his roles and he isn't good at it. He and the other actors with him were talking about how he fainted while filming bleak night because he had smoked too much.

He never considered Do Ha as a son, he considered him as a dog who doesn't know his place. He was shown to be jealous that he does well, perhaps if he was his biological son he would not treat him that way..(the servants too think that he is treated that way because he isn't biologically his)

That was what the father was doing with him all along. Do Ha was doing his bidding while he took all the credit for it. But the king acknowledges Do Ha for his accomplishments which is what poses a great threat to the father. If the king chooses to replace him with Do Ha, he looses his position and power which is what's more important to him.
there hasn’t been any major progress in the last four eps. i’m also annoyed with how easy for her to accept…
But ALL of the major progress was made in the last four episodes. Their complete past story and all of the 'who's and the 'why's of both the past and present lives were all revealed and answered in these past 4 episodes. And now what's left is to see what would happen to them going forward, how to break their cursed fate and get rid of the vengeful spirit of the evil father and also what the end game for their love story is.
I do agree with you, she shouldn't believe the evil spirit, but she isn't thinking logically. She was panicking as anybody would and was majorly shaken by the fact that not only is it just the people around her at present that was getting hurt, but also her parents death was because of her aswell. And it seems she has the tendency to sacrifice herself to keep others safe, she is the hero firefighter for a reason after all. So it's pretty logical she would easily accept to give up her life if it meant everyone else is safe. Specially those that she loves.
I mean, it should feel like it's going around in circles, shouldn't it? afterall, the whole plot is about reincarnations…
By your logic, they could just solve it all in one episode, make this a movie instead of a drama series and call it a day, so as not to drag it. But they didn't. They made a 14 episode series. This being the main difference between a movie and a drama series, that for a drama series, they drag the story to however many episodes they plan on making. And since this is 14 episodes, if they resolve everything by episode 12, there would be nothing left to show for the last 2 episodes.
With two episodes left, it still feels as if we're still going around in a circle with this plot.At this point,…
I mean, it should feel like it's going around in circles, shouldn't it? afterall, the whole plot is about reincarnations and spirits (of the same people) and their past and present lives being joined together (ie; a loop, as in a circle), so..
We only have 2 episodes left and as far as I saw in the preview episode 13th will be kinda weak and slow... Hum,…
They did disclose the reason: The reason the adopted father hates his son is because the son is a threat to his power and position in the government. Do Ha was never considered as an actual son, but rather a dog trained to do his bidding and was treated as such. And since Do Ha out shines him in everyway and is younger than him, the king favours him over the father. He is afraid that the king will replace him with Do Ha as already suggested by the king that he should retire and give the son his position in the government. But up until meeting Ri Ta, Do Ha had been pretty docile and the father had been able to keep Do Ha under his control and on a tight leesh. Do Ha had been obedient and had never gone against his wishes no matter what. However, since then, for the first time ever Do Ha had openly challenged the father and had gone against him for Ri Ta's sake and the father feels like he no longer has that control on Do Ha. Hence his hatred for both of them and the need to eliminate him.
So you think that him going on a killing spree makes sense and is justified?
It wasn't just a killing spree. They were all out to get her. He killed them to protect her. She just didn't want that to be their life so she ended it.
There is something that I could not understand in the story. Why does she only have her lotus bracelet in this…
The monk said it was returned to its rightful owner. Their is more to Young Hwa than meets the eye. Out of all the reincarnations, she is the only one that looks most similar to Ri Ta, is the only one who can see him and is the only one who remembers their past life. No other reincarnations had these connections to Ri Ta.
Exactly! I was about to type the same thing because it just makes no sense. For a hero firefighter she sure is…
It's not that she thought the world would be a better place without her, she just doesn't think she has a choice in the matter if she wants her loved ones to be safe. She is choosing their safety over her life. Not an average regular case of suicide, this is much more complicated and nuanced. She wants to live, but not at the expense of others getting hurt because of her.
And what exactly is a strong woman? Is she whiny because she cried? Plenty of strong women carry pain in their…
She didn't quit being a firefighter, she was put on leave( jun o's brother's doing, so she could be his bodyguard). She didn't quit being his bodyguard, just that their relationship turned into a much more personal one. She was given life altering revelations(pretty absurd ones at that) one after the other. She's allowed to be scared and confused. It takes strength to take the time she needs to think things through rationally, to put herself in his shoes so she could understand him and put things in perspective but then come back to him and be there for him each time, considering the sheer absurdity of it all and the fact that she doesn't even fully understand what's going on herself. She was always there for him and gave him a sense of hope he didn't think he could have.
I’m so tired of the FL being such a whiny thing. The character started off as a strong woman and even her past…
And what exactly is a strong woman? Is she whiny because she cried? Plenty of strong women carry pain in their hearts and cry and show their emotions. It is a sign of strength to cry but do what needs to be done.

She was not giving up, rather she was willing to sacrifice her life to keep her loved ones safe, which is indeed more on par with the hero firefighter she is.
He still owns the same mannerisms he used to have while he was alive, so...
Agreed. A simple delicate kiss like this speaks volumes and is way more beautiful and impactful and is very fitting for these characters and their tragic love story. Not every kiss scene in every drama needs to be a cheap, steamy makeout session that doesn't even fit in the context of the story.
Ep 1. Not him acting like his arm is about to fall apart from holding that 4 year old 😭😭😭 bullying that…
They did show that scene without context for comedic effect. But If you keep watching, they reveal it isn't entirely because he's a whiny brat and a bully (which he totally was). Although undiagnosed, he was terminally ill at that point, which is the reason why he is physically weak and gets tired and bruised easily. And hence holding the child with all the fire fighting gear was taxing on him.
