If I criticize the drama, they will poke me, ask me to leave the show because in their eyes, Im a hater of their…
It's one thing to criticize the drama, its a whole other when you start swearing and be vulgar to others just for not agreeing with you. That was your problem. Not your critique of the drama. You are entitled to your opinion just as they were to theirs.
So this is how people reply to a criticism comment by attacking somebody. @CoolForTheSummer didnt even had the…
I guess you haven't read his comment thread fully. If you did then you would clearly see who the troll was, who was swearing and posting vulgar emojis, all unnecessary and troll behaviour done by said one person who couldn't accept a difference of opinion. There were multiple other people with opposing views to each other doing it civilly in that same thread without behaving so juvenile. After all, this is a public comment section. You can state your comments and opinions and others are allowed interact and discuss with said comment. When you post publicly like this you should know that not everyone is going to agree with your opinions. In a civilized world we should be able to agree to disagree gracefully and move on and not resort to swearing and name calling.

Ever heard of second hand embarrassment? better known as cringe? Yeah, didn't think so. That's what it means when someone says they are embarrassed FOR YOU.

Agreed. And to add to what you've already said about the actor's portrayal of the character's demeanor, how he delivers his lines is impactful too. Despite the ML's character being a hardened warrior conditioned to bottle up how he really feels, when it comes to the FL specifically, unlike his usual stern, reserved and stoic demeanor there is a subltle but noticeable tenderness and sometimes pain in his speech which isn't there when he talks to other people.
I agree with most of you said. Every character is annoying and meaninglessly depressing. Brother, hat man, ex-GF...…
The ex girlfriend is on screen probably for no more than 3-4 minutes per episode if that and has nothing to do with the main storyline at all. She's an extra character that's just there. For an hour long episode, 3-4 minutes max. of the ex girlfriend isn't much. Besides, ML pays her no attention whatsoever. He treats her like she's an absolute pest who just can't take a hint. The ML has eyes only for the FL(literally! If she's in his sight he can't take his eyes off her. If she isn't, he'll go wherever she is so he can stare.)
Not sure Im interested in the ending. Episode 3 start. Miserable kiss scene. Sensorship is bad enough but give…
That kiss is suppose to be that way. Her emotions for him are highly conflicted. On one hand she loves him(or wants him to think she does, we don't know yet) but on the other he is the person who killed her whole family. It isn't going to be a passionate or a natural kiss when she's battling with her own emotions like that.
I mean, the plot is pretty silly, the acting is cringy at times, there are way too many coincidences and impossible…
You are missing the whole point of his historical character. He is acting cold and stiff because this character is suppose to be that way. If you had paid attention to todays episode they showed us a glimpse of why that maybe. He was adopted by a cruel man who raised him to be a warrior, to do his bidding no matter what it is. We saw this man who is considered as his father send him poisonous berries(used by people who wants to commit suicide) to keep him in line and asked him to come back injured next time if he's coming back from war. This is how he was treated by this man all his life. There was no love shown to him growing up by this so called father. He learned to suppress his emotions and just do what is expected of him. That is why he appears emotionless and stiff. Conversely they also showed in todays episode that internally he has complex and conflicted emotions. You can clearly see he feels guilty for the wrongs he has to do and has difficulty sleeping due to this. He doesn't have any desire to live since he doesn't think he has a chance to live as a decent human in that lifetime. He is a character who feels hopeless about his life and you expect him to be prancing around being goofy or even remotely warm or cheerful?
As much i love me my romance in kdramas, this drama works really better without it. It is super-fun to watch with…
Go Eun most certainly does not think of him as an older brother (u don't have a very obvious crush on someone you consider your brother now do you? ) and she has been crushing on him since season 1. As for Do Ki, he was mostly aloof and unreadable in season 1, he obviously cared a lot abt her but it wasn't apparent in what way. However, this season it seems Go Eun has matured a lot and Do Ki has become a lot more readable. He isn't as reserved and closed up as he used to be in his interactions with the rest of the gang, especially with Go Eun. All of their interactions between the both of them this season seems very personal and their reactions to each other during these interactions is very telling. Specially his. It's very subtle but it's definitely there and you can tell it's not going in the sibling relationship route.
I am confused. So, the police got him but how did they not find out that he is purposely dead?Did I miss something…
My take is that since they were corrupt police, they weren't doing ANY investigations on it atall, which means they weren't checking any info on who they arrested either. Seems like they were just following the orders and doing nothing else.
Fictional and factually incorrect...... What doesn't seem to rhyme? If people wanted to see a reconstruction of…
I think you are missing the point. Like the other commenter said this is fictional (all of it). This is not an exact re-enactment of the case, this is a fictional case inspired by real life events which means they can add/omit/rename characters and spin the story how ever they wish as to fit the theme of the show. And here he is reporting it as Kim Do Ki, a rainbow taxi member who infiltrated the club for their investigation on finding who tried to kill him, not as someone depicting the real life person who reported it. Thats just the writers adding the characters of this show to the inspired real life story (since obviously they would not be involved in the real case because these characters are made up and they have to be inserted in to the case somehow since this show is about them)
Maybe you should go back and rewatch the episode to understand better. Those were two sets of couples..Mr Jung…
"Government apartment for couples" as in free housing the government provides for those who can't afford it(?) is not what they were showing..its apartment housing you buy for ownership..depending on your scores you get qualified and you pay it off for ownership. Its like any other real estate/equity you own. You can do with it as you please(live in it, rent it, sell it to someone/ to companies, use it as a vacation home, transfer deeds etc etc). Once the couples get the apartments, who ever they give the deed to is the owner and nobody can question it so long as the legal documents are there. Thats how the bad guy here is getting away with it.. Abt the children, I think he gives some couples newborns with birth certificate as proof that they are the parents and for other couples children of different ages with pictures as proof of parenthood maybe for variety, to change things up because not all families are the same. Realistically speaking, this series is pretty farfetched to begin with, from the crimes to the vigilante justice they serve. In the real world none of this will fly. It's purely for entertainment purposes only and you have to suspend a lot of your common sense and disbelief to enjoy it. Its best not to ponder too deeply into the whys and hows..besides, who doesnt want to see the bad guys getting what they deserve in hilariously silly ways. Even if its only in the fictional world, its still pretty cathartic

Woah, no need to get so defensive, it wasn't meant to offend you. Was just trying to be helpful since you asked a question. Sometimes you catch on to things you miss initially after a rewatch, that's all i was implying. To elaborate on my previous answer: I think the housing system there is similar to many other countries where the government has scoring systems for housing ownership where having children gets you higher scores and increases your chances of being chosen for ownership everytime new housing projects are available. The scam shown here is the real estate agent provides desperate couples with a couple of children on paper as their own ready made family, pictures as proof of said family and loan for the housing payments. When the couples get their housing he then later demands the money back and when they cannot payback he takes the apartment deed for himself and it becomes his. The couples can't file a lawsuit or go to police because they themselves scammed the government and end up loosing everything and gains a big debt. This is what i got.
I feel Episode 6 didn't explain how the real estate consultant got all those luxury apartments using the children…

Episode 6 made little sense to me. Jang Sung-chul visited the two children living with their adoptive parents.…
Maybe you should go back and rewatch the episode to understand better. Those were two sets of couples..Mr Jung visited the kids after they were placed with good foster parents who were independent of the scam. The couple who Mr dogi visited were one of the faux adoptive parents who just gave their signatures on paper as adoptive parents, pose for pictures and used the kids for their own benefit. The kids role in the scam is for them to be passed around as the different couples children. You score higher for the eligibility of getting an apartment by the government scoring system if you have children.
On the contrary, I am sure there are plenty of people like me who want it. The setup is perfect for a slight romance…
Dude, calm down. It's just a general comment, not a personal attack on you that you need to be offended by. If anything, you sound more aggressive than that commenter.
