Yeah, I have the same feeling that Han Mei is likely a prince or nobility of Northern Qi since he seems so well educated in politics and good at strategies. He also has spies, secret armies, poison and antidote with him.

I think I understand the title now, Fight for Love. All three Chu siblings are in a romance dilemma. Fighting for Love can sometimes be subtle or bold (sometimes very open and a huge declaration, like FL's proposal in the beginning). Song Wen Cheng wants to marry Chu Jin, but she does not want to marry someone who will die in battle and leave her behind. Song QingPing (Tuan Tuan) is in love with Chu LinYang, but he refuses her because she is still young and deserves freedom. Chu LinYang is afraid to burden her and trap her in marriage in which there is a higher chance she will be a widow. Wei Yun is in love with Chu Yu but the relationship they want is frowned upon since she is a sister-in-law. All three siblings does seem to be somewhat in love with respected partners but all are holding back. So, we will have to see how these couples " Fight For Love," in their own way under the circumstances they are in. I guess there going to be a give in take, some sacrifices (compromises) that have to be made to keep the love they want, while still fight for their dreams, freedom, and safety of their country/family.

OMG! I was hoping the Second Prince to have a good character development, so he can have a chance to be a good Emperor, but what his treasonous mother and grandfather had done will be a stain in his legacy or future. Also Murong Senior just branded himself and his son traitors, even though there was a pardon already. Will the ministers accept this act treason of by the Empress and Murong Senior?

The palace has now been stained with so much blood and like there is no turning back. The Emperor, The Empress, Murong Senior, and the Prime Minister all obsessed with saving their one son. The Emperor should have more two sons and married other concubines. But then again the scheming Empress likely would prevent any pregnancy from happening. It is so stupid for the Emperor to allow the Empress that close to him, seeing her evil murderous eyes and knowing her dad was treasonous. But I
guess he was too tired to even bother. I guess that is why one mistake or treasonous can cause an annihilation/death of an entire family, because anyone who survived might come back for revenge.

Treason is a huge crime and a threat to the Emperor, why do they think begging the Emperor would excuse their crime? Lots of innocent civilians were killed with their schemes for revenge. I guess we will have to see what happens when second prince finds out that his mom killed her dad, if he ever finds out.

I agree with you! I don't think FSG is lacking ambition, he is already a General and that definitely takes ambition and grit to be one. He saw his mom die in the palace while his father is the ruler and sits on the throne. He continues to say he wish he can forget some things but cannot. The Palace and the throne represents his trauma and reason for the aversion for it. FGS sees the palace as a sort of cage he does not want. I get that the Emperor and parents
suffered being poor and reason why he is obsessed with power. But forcing his son to take the throne with a trauma is not good.

I think the second prince can be a good ruler, he is seems to understand what is right and wrong, he just needs guidance. The Emperor could have guided second prince, but since he has a Zhuang bloodline, the Emperor purposely made second Prince useless. The second prince FCY was also forced by his grandfather PMZ to take the throne, that is why he was crying when agreeing to it. He is not confident enough to take the throne. I think FCY just needs some good tutors and experiences to be a good emperor. If he does become an emperor, he needs good and trusted advisors by his side. The Murong Family would be good if they can redeem themselves in some way. FCY just needs confidence and
more life experiences.
* Hoping for some character development for Princess Xiying and Second Prince. Maybe overtime, with more life experiences outside the palace they become less naive. I think PXY would become a good Empress for the Emperor Jiaxu XJY if she ever decides to leave/breakaway from heartless Prince Zhennan XJS. Fu YiXiao, as the saying goes " dodge a bullet," when she was shot with an arrow by XJS, otherwise she would be trapped with XJS, his lies, and his heartless attitude. FYX shooting an arrow at FGS saved his life and civilians at Pinglan city from the trap XJS planned for them to be killed. So, both FYX and FGS were both saved by an arrow (even though the arrow was poisonous). It changed some of the events and put them in their fated direction.

I don't know either, it is definitely not Prince Yongrong. The Previous Emperor did not even have descendents, so I have no clue who is the young Emperor at the end. Lol

Very exceptional drama! From beginning to end keeps at the edge of of your seat with lots of twist and mystery to who the real mastermind is. Wow, so many betrayals that Zang Hai had to deal with. I am glad he has Antu and his disciple friend from childhood at least did not betray him. Zang Hai's dad was loyal and great friend to the Emperor. But the Emperor betrayed his close friend being greedy for the Gui Seal.

Kuai Dou and Zang Hai both knew that the Emperor would not be a resist trying to open the seal, that is why they kept the koi fish key, to protect the Emperor from himself. Too bad he did not listen and it caused him his life. It seems all those who wanted or tried to use the Gui Seal end up with horrible deaths, despite being warned how harmful it was. Zang Hai did not even use the Gui Seal to control the Ghost Soldier's that attacked Zhao Bingwen. Zang Hai realized the Ghost soldiers were only hallucinations created by the mural. So, in order to go the other world where Ghost Soldiers were, one has to be under an illusion/hallucination. No
one really can control Ghost Soldiers.
Zang Hai's master Gao Ming was in a really tough spot, he has to choose between the master he owe a debt for saving his life when he was an orphan, and a disciple who he brought up like a son. Gao Ming said that a master would rather die for his disciple than live a lonely life, just like parents will sacrifice their life for their child. Gao Ming sacrificing his life to save Zang Hai from Zhao Bingwen parallels with how Queen of Dongxia sacrificed her own self for her daughter. It is harder for parents who out live their own children.
With Zang Hai's experience in the court working in Astronomy Bureau, plus working in Surveillance Office, plus a minister aide for Minister of Personnel must be exhausting. Also he experience being targeted with attempted murder, being framed,jailed, and betrayed by close friends. After experiencing all this, I understand why
Zang Hai wanted to resign and just live a quiet life away from the court. The Legend of Zang Hai is that he made lots of achievements and went up the ranks with his talent in solving lots many problems at the courts that many were not able to solve. He definitely is well known for his knowledge in Feng Shui, Geomancy (Architecture), and Astronomy.
Even there were some tragic deaths, except for the villains (Eunuch Cao, Marquis Pingjin, and Minister Zhao Bingwen) who deserve their deaths for being the main players who massacred Zang Hai's family, at least the ending was a happy for Zang Hai, Xiang Antu, Zhuang Zhixing, and Zang Hai's two friends. It was a great journey to see Zang Hai fulfill revenge and dream to live a peaceful life. Thanks to Xiao Zhan as Zang Hai, to all the casts, crew, director, script writer,producer, and so on... for this wonderful drama!

Even though I did not like the deaths that happened, Zang Hai really has it tough, he does not have a lot of power or connections, only few trusted ones, compared to the many corrupt powerful
villains who
conspiring with each other. If it was only the Marquis to deal with is one thing, but Zang Hai has to deal with other powerful people, some even unknown ones, especially that he got betrayed by Zhuang Zhixing and Shi Shan/Lu
Fen. Especially Zang Hai does
not have martial arts skills since he was told his bones and muscles were too weak to be trained. If he had martial skills, the Marquis would not even let near him.

Lol. Well the baby definitely will not look like Zang Hai but probably look more like his dad then. His dad is handsome and his mom beautiful though luckily. so it won't be bad. Sometimes kids can have mix features of both parents.

When this drama aired, I saw someone wrote information about the Gui Seal= controls the undead Army, but also has power of immortality. The Three Fish Koi= key that opens tombs.
The Queen of Dongxia said that her mom used the Gui Seal during the time she ruled. But that whoever uses it, does something/ruin their body? A sort of side effects?

Zang Hai probably thought no one else would be there at Astronomy Bureau because it was supposed to be closed and it was actually a holiday (fireworks for the Festival). The astronomy assistant Shi Shan/Lu Fen's betrayal was definitely unexpected.

I do feel bad for those who died, but it was not entirely Zang Hai's fault. He did try to save others, but he was a step too late and his enemies was a step ahead. Besides he was supposed to finish his training, but did not even finish it because the controversy about Dowager Empress death was an opportunity he cannot miss out on. So, his revenge and persona does have flaws. Even though he knows Zhuang Zhixing said he might side with his father, Zang Hai probably gave him benefit of the doubt, be cause I am sure he does consider Zhixing as a friend.

The death of Queen of Dongxia was not Zang Hai's fault, she sacrificed her own life to save both of theirs, Antu and Zang Hai. It was a choice she made in that moment. They were there because Queen of Dongxia is also looking for the Gui Seal, and not just to save Zang Hai's life. I don't think he expected enemies to present in the Astronomy Bureau, that was why he was carving the seal.

The Eunuch Cao's cane that contained the weapon that killed the Queen of Dongxia might have been the same weapon Zang Hai used to attack Eunuch Cao. I am surprised he did not die and it proves the mechanism/weapon Zang Hai's dad made is lethal it goes to the wrong hands.

Legend Zang Hai drama is also available in Disney+ Hong Kong platform besides Youku and Viki platforms. So, there is definitely more audiences and likely more voters internationally.

Yeah, I think the Gui Seal Zang Hai found might not even the real one. It might have been replaced by the Emperor, who might be the mask person. Hanzheng Hall (Emperor's Place), Zang Hai found the tunnel the lead directly to the Astronomy Bureau. It feels like the Emperor knows something and might planned something in advance.

This is one suspenseful drama, especially episode 32. I am amazed that Hanzheng Hall, where the Emperor personally lives is full of wood carvings. The Queen of Dongxia asked Zang Hai, what his dad's favorite occupation, and Zang Hai responds, "Woodworking." Was the Emperor and Kuai Dou (ZH's dad) very close friends? They definitely have the same hobbies and love carving wood. We have seen the Emperor carving wood in his spare time. Is that how they became good friends? I think both the Emperor and Kuai Dou planned to keep the Gui Seal and Koi Fish key apart and hidden from their enemies or anyone wanting to steal it. The Emperor as the "Deer," in which every hunter has eyes on him. Kuai Dou as the "Geese," who trumphets (warn) the deer when there is danger. What an interesting symbolism.

Wang Yibo's passion for acting did not die after the Untamed controversy, he still made dramas and film after that subsided. He has a passion for many things, such as dancing, singing, and acting are just few of the things he likes. Currently he likes mountain climbing and very fond of nature.
In real life I think Wang Yibo has the real Untamed soul, always restless,honest, and unhindered old soul just like nature. With acting, he is probably looking for more challenging roles and does not want to be confined to one specific type of characters or dramas/film. So, he did not lost his passion for acting, he is probably one of those actors who would rather take a break from acting while waiting for a more interesting character/role to play. It is better to wait and choose a better script /role with great casts and crew, because team chemistry is important. Yibo is still young and enjoys learning new things/ hobbies/ideas that he wants to explore. He likely wants to explore different genre films/dramas because each role he takes are really different his previous roles. When he was a DDU host, he got to learn new things in each episode. Since he no longer has DDU, he wants to create his own path to learning new and challenging things.
He is a life long learner and I admire that about him. Dancing is definitely his first love and main reason he went into the entertainment industry, so that is what makes him most happy. He feels most free when dancing, it is his way of expressing emotions in own unique way. The entertainment industry like in any society has many rules to follow with lots of fake gossips/rumours that is clearly annoying. Yibo would rather focus on more important things, like his various works/projects, hobbies, and finding some time with family.
Wang Yibo is a very diligent student and listens well to his mentors/teachers. Right now I think he is enjoys exploring nature because like he said, it is Untamed. So his tv series Exploring the Unknown is something brings him joy, because it is both challenging and freeing to be outdoors. In the beginning, like most actors/entertainers, they are pushed by their company to do many many dramas/films/promotions/performances to make money, since there was investments and contracts involved. But now that Wang Yibo is part CEO and his contract with the company will be expiring in a soon, he no longer needs to make that much movies/dramas like he did before. He can now choose to do a drama/film once or twice a year, live a more happy and healthy life, with some time to rest, and do what he loves; like rock climbing, compete in car racing, volunteer, and do documentary tv series on exploring the wonderful world of nature.
I know his fans misses him and wants to see him specific dramas/film. We as fans as to accept to let him choose what he wants learn/explore/film in the future. He gives his fans some stage performances (recording/live) with singing and dance performances through out the year (mostly on New Years and Spring/Fall festival seasons). Hoping that his tv series Exploring the Unknown will be more available internationally, hopefully on Netflix or Viki streaming platforms. For the meantime, I Love his his One and Only movie, I can rewatch it many times on Viki.

movie (I can't find one with English Subs with 0 Region/International Region.
* Let us just wait and see what Wang Yibo will choose to film for a drama/movie. Maybe something new like a medical/lawyer/spy/action/sports/comedy drama/film? But for now after attending the Paris Fashion show, which he is a global ambassadors for three brands, he will soon be practicing and joining a race car competition.
