Personally liked this one over Yin-Yang Master 2021. There's a bit more mystery in this plot and the characters…
Feel the same. I liked the ending more, the motive of the "bad guy" was more interesting and none of the characters felt unnecessary. Overall it was more touching, (through more confusing too :-)). What I liked about the other one, was the action (in the first half), the interesting romance concept and the other Qingming was a bit more intriguing. This movies driving force was mystery the other ones action.
I was confused because I thought there were two princesses. The first time we see her, she looks like her eyebrows are shaved off. But there's just one.
I liked the first half more than the second one. By the end I felt dizzy. Too fast, did not feel attached to the characters (and like seriously one night of drinking together doesn't make it a relationship). Funny how often movies are too fast paced and dramas to slow. A 10 episodes big budget drama would be nice.
Okay just finished with EP2. Really sick. But not in the good way. Thrilling yes... but :-/But sure no light without…
Just finished. The main theme was people getting butchered. This show didn't have a redeeming quality for me. Not the characters and certainly not the world. And I am really not even that curious about the plot (and the big mystery question what this was all about).
But then, I have never understood why people liked the Hunger Games series. I literally threw all the books in the trash the day I was through the last one.
Side note: I keep waiting for the ML to finally get hair cut already!

Is it worth watching if you don't like comedy??? I can tolerate it but I am prone to press fast forward whenever it gets cringy (I hate second hand embarrassment). Already watched ep 1 but normally shows get more serious and the most comedy is in the beginning right?

I don`t know why the ratings went down. I like it more and more. This is one of the few big budget dramas I really like. For reference about my taste: You can look through my chinese drama list https://kisskh.at/list/E1VxgbE3 P/s: The effects and scenery alone would be worth watching.

Eternal Love looks way cheaper (and was way more boring).
