The big age gap 29 years is not with main leads, it is with ML's father Hou Zhi Rong (Wang Ce) and the FL's friend/colleague Qian Xia Qian (Cheng Cheng).

The main leads Hou Jue (Johnny Wang) and Wu Shi Yi (Claudia Wang) are 7 years apart.

I submitted an edit to the summary after watching 11 episodes and seeing there was never ever a child. I even re-watched some episodes and also reviewed a site that recapped all episodes.
1. No Child ever.
2. Not married but dating for 3 years, considered marrying then caught boyfriend cheating.
3. She was not a Taekwondo expert, but a Sanda expert.
