If this drama were a meal, perhaps a sweet and sour dish, I'd say it had too much sourness, not enough sweetness. There needs to be a balance to make it fulfilling. The actors/actresses are all very attractive and the acting is fine but the balance is off - needs to have more positive emotions to bring you back to the next episode.
Is this drama any good? I'm not that into poetry so I'm scared that it's boring but currently I'm only watching…
Don't be fooled by the MDL summary. Someone has chosen to copy Viki's synopsis to MDL but Poetry has very little to do with the drama. It is barely even a side plot.
The cdramalove synopsis you provided is more accurate, at least as of episode 20. I guess I just assumed the MDL…
I submitted an edit and then someone changed it back. I guess after finishing the drama I'll post a review. A year or two from now when it isn't new and isn't being hyped people might overlook it because of the current synopsis.

I've never tried a musical Lakorn. Most of the lakorns I've watched had mediocre music. And until last couple of years, even the video definition/quality on lakorns was low, like 350 p. They've come a long way recently lol.
