I like this one. It's fun and I have watched it a few times. The FL, Wang Qian Hui, is fantastic as the intelligent strong and calm leading lady even though her storyline is over the top. Her long lost parents are sweethearts. I also really like LM, Zhang Bei Xi, he is handsome in a distinctive way that differs from many other LM. Unfortunately they often put too much makeup on him.

I don't hear any deception. I hear an exhausted person describing her own experiences and feelings to people who have no right to demand it of her. In her words I see things that I too have experienced and her description of physical sensations that are exactly as my friend described her illness.
If you want to know "his side" go find it yourself. She is under no obligation to provide it to you.
