I don't watch soap operas/family dramas but there is something about this that makes me want to keep watching,same as with Father is Strange,the only fam drama I've watched before.I guess it's the fact that most secrets aren't kept for ages and despite the visible amount of drama,it's not that overdramatic or soapy.What I'm not sure about though,does Sa Ra actually like Young Guk or is it just that she wants so badly to be mistress of the house and her own son's mother?

Haha,I don't watch soap operas either but something drew me to this when I saw it on the list of the upcoming dramas.I guess it's because we rarely get leads who have been married before or already have kids.

My guess is that this is too scandalous for a kdrama so they can't really portray him as you describe.I wouldn't be surprised if we actually saw this in a kmovie though.Also there isn't enough drama if he just gives up the throne.

I know what you mean.Episode 12 and nothing is happening,we just know the main plot which is very simple on its own.The romantic chemistry isn't very strong either imo,but at this point I am curious enough for the fate of the princes so I'll finish it.

I don't think her dad wouldn't want a divorcee,this is the 21st century and Dali's family are supposed to be open minded people,unlike the more narrow minded ML and his family.I suspect he married after breaking up with her because his family wanted him to.So far,I don't dislike him because zi don't know his true reasons for letting her go.

I don't understand why people call Da Li weak.Her father died,she was an art academic and has no idea how to run a business and she is suddenly the owner of one with a massive debt.If anything,most people would just sell but she is still trying.Selling her house was the biggest proof that she really wants to save the gallery.And yes,I'll admit that going around with cash isn't the smartest thing but you are normally not supposed to get robbed by the hotel/motel stuff,no matter how cheap the place is.At least not where I live...The only thing I didn't like/understand was that she went to that very expensive store to buy new shoes but perhaps as the director,it's important for her job and her clients to be dressed high end.

Enjoyed season 1,fell in love with season 2 (but I hated that Toshi had to die)

Now that's a show I enjoyed A LOT.However,I feel like the actors and the way they portrayed their characters were a major part of why I loved it enough to ignore the bad cgi.I don't understand why they wouldn't make sure to keep the same actors for such a major series,it's not a low budget drama...Honestly,upset!

I liked this but my opinion is that out of all the big k-netflix shows this is not the best,very overhyped.However I did enjoy it and I did finish it within two days,I just didn't connect with the characters as much.

He is the type that would annoy me in rl,apart from the whole uncultured thing,it's his obsession with money is what I hate the most and the general lack of class can make him seem less attractive (you don't have to be rich to be classy,before you all come for me) but he is funny enough in the drama.I dislike many male leads lately but he is not one of them,I guess he seems genuinely kind.

I hate it when people are so obsessed with money and greedy like that,that's why I'll never be rich lol.This is the main reason I can't take the ML seriously so far (he has no charm in my eyes with this ungraceful behaviour) but I have to admit that he makes an interesting pair with the FL exactly for this reason and he is not actually getting on my nerves because he is funny. Let's see how this goes.

I don't love her either but I actually think she is fine here.Rather natural and charming despite also being somewhat cartoonish.Personally I like her character more than the ML's.I don't like that type of ML in the sense that I don't find him very charming/sexy but he works with her chatacter and it's very entertaining instead.But I have to say she really annoyed me in It's ok to not be ok,god I hated her with passion😂
