Oh please,the general kdrama audience has seen and experienced way worse stuff.Sometimes I feel like some people have simply outgrown the quirkiness of kdrama and complain instead of watching something else.That's what I think when I see people calling shows cringy for example.Kdrama has always been cringy,even the good one have moments when you are like "but why?".Characters acting childish in western society standards and etc...But nowadays people love to complain about bad writing.Of course there should be criticism but according to what you're watching.Kdrama can't suddenly turn into European television for example...that being said,I think this drama is fine,light and entertaining. There is a minor acting problem with the 2nd ml and fl but nothing too bad.

I don't see how the one relates to the other.Being a smoker isn't a personality,there are doctors who smoke so he is one of them.

I don't mind,I think it's cute,although they could build better characters.Side characters can be brilliant but the FL is just not intriguing me at all I guess.

Issei is very young.I could never imagine my self with someone this young,nor the FL (we almost the same age) and frankly I find it borderline disturbing because it's not like 37 and 27,27 and 17 is a huge age difference experience wise.Perhaps in the future when they meet again and he's grown older.I don't like the brother tbh,he is weird.

As an almost 27 yeal old woman (26.5) I feel kinda weird that they keep addressing the fl's age to be honest,calling her old,mature etc...I know I'm no teenager but still.Am I the only one? :P

I am counting on it tbh.I couldn't care less about the FL so far or the romance.I am barely interested in Sun Ho rn but at least he's got the scenes with Dong Man and I love a good ol' buddy cop bromance.

No,I bet it's people who mostly watch kdrama.Kdrama is my fave but if you go to the comments sections there most viewers are like "this isn't possible,this isn't likely,this is stupid/bad writing,why are they doing this...etc".I love it that most jdrama viewers aren't even questioning stuff because...Japan.You can watch the most outrageous things and enjoy it.

Agreed,no need for a love triangle or whatsoever.Even the romance seems a bit stupid to me,he saw her once and decided to follow her all the way to the police academy (but I forgive it since they are so young).Can't wait for all the bromace though

I think it might be the judo and the oldest professor because they are such backround characters.Plus,the more senior one is the most welcoming so I wouldn't be surprised.

Exactly^.I get it how many people are tired of the trope of the chaotic, arrogant, rude, not giving a damn, crazy detective but some of us still enjoy it,and the development that comes with it.I don't see why some tropes should be dropped forever in order for some viewers to be satisfied.Just watch something else.

I liked all three episodes so far,exactly my cup of tea but it could do with a little more comedy to match the chaotic main lead.I also like how our leads aren't super hot,super smart (although Sun Ho is a talent when it comes to hacking) and supermen in general.The girl is a bit whatever to me,we'll see.

I like this drama more than most newer jdramas.Even the guys are hotter,true dream boys of the 90's (I'm not saying that j actors aren't good looking,I am speakng about hotness) .Everything is just so natural and relaxed,no forced intaractions,I love it.

I am waiting until this is over to watch but I'm reading disappointing comments atm.Do the two leads have a similar dynamics as Will Graham and Dr Lecter from the show (minus killing and eating people,you know what I mean)?Because these are the vibes I'm getting from some videos...

Life on Mars,Life on Mars and Life on Mars hehe if you want a nice bromance.But it's not like Beyond Evil,the latter is quite dark and serious unlike LoM which has a lot of funny moments.
