tbh I don't get why they added a love triangle. Was it necessary? I feel like the plot is heavy enough and now…
Agreed,no need for a love triangle or whatsoever.Even the romance seems a bit stupid to me,he saw her once and decided to follow her all the way to the police academy (but I forgive it since they are so young). Can't wait for all the bromace though
This episode was incredibly satisfying, didn't think we'd get such fast paced character development but I am loving…
I think it might be the judo and the oldest professor because they are such backround characters.Plus, the more senior one is the most welcoming so I wouldn't be surprised.
Exactly^.I get it how many people are tired of the trope of the chaotic, arrogant, rude, not giving a damn, crazy detective but some of us still enjoy it,and the development that comes with it.I don't see why some tropes should be dropped forever in order for some viewers to be satisfied.Just watch something else.
I liked all three episodes so far, exactly my cup of tea but it could do with a little more comedy to match the chaotic main lead.I also like how our leads aren't super hot, super smart (although Sun Ho is a talent when it comes to hacking) and supermen in general. The girl is a bit whatever to me,we'll see.
I like this drama more than most newer jdramas.Even the guys are hotter, true dream boys of the 90's (I'm not saying that j actors aren't good looking,I am speakng about hotness) .Everything is just so natural and relaxed,no forced intaractions,I love it.
I am waiting until this is over to watch but I'm reading disappointing comments atm.Do the two leads have a similar dynamics as Will Graham and Dr Lecter from the show (minus killing and eating people, you know what I mean)?Because these are the vibes I'm getting from some videos...
does anyone have recommendations for dramas that have bromance like this drama and beyond evil?
Life on Mars,Life on Mars and Life on Mars hehe if you want a nice bromance. But it's not like Beyond Evil, the latter is quite dark and serious unlike LoM which has a lot of funny moments.

I'm sorry, did I read something wrong? Is a divorced woman going to fall in love with a high school student beacuse there is a romance tag?How old is that student?I just find the plot a little odd that's why I'm asking.
I am stuck at episode three. I like the aesthetics of this drama I suppose, but while I understand why this is fresh for kdrama standards I can't ignore how mundane the things they are doing are.College students messing around with each other,ok...Even in piece of life dramas there is usually....well, some drama you know.He says he ain't in for a relationship, she knows but she proceeds cause he is hot,old news.Probably dropping this for good (not rating it because obviously it's just not my cup of tea and I can't say they did a bad job).
The pain of a blood spilled uprising, the joy and pride of conquered freedom are all something many nations carry in their history. And of course the personal pain of loss that everyone understands at some point. The reason why I respect this drama so much is because it trully focused on the big picture and not just the romantic leads. It really was about the youth of May,the youth that can always find a way to set things right and change the world.
I skipped most of Jamie and SW scenes lol,I found absolutely nothing interesting about their interactions although…
Yeah,I think his character is meant to be stiff.I mean,I'm not saying the acting was top notch but I think we can all agree it wasn't in general...I found that most of them were overacting. The most natural one was Carson for me.
I honestly loved this show! I know a lot of people complain about the laugh track but you guys have to keep in…
I skipped most of Jamie and SW scenes lol,I found absolutely nothing interesting about their interactions although I don't mind them as characters on their own.The humour was mostly not there for me but as I commented before it did get better after episode 3 and the episodes were relatively short so I watched it all.I actually liked Hans,I don't know why but I tend to like annoying characters in tv shows (Sheldon form TBBT for example) and I lost it when he went to perform his grandfather's jesa, that was funny.
