I am a little confused because I believe that Koreans used a similar system to the chinese where even if the empress has no sons to inherit the throne and somebody else's son does, she still is the dowager and the most respected person at court alongside the actual mother of the emperor. I understand the queen wanting the absolute best for her children but the amount of anxiety for her position and her life confuses me since it's not like a concubine can become a dowager queen all of a sudden...or am I wrong?
We had more romantic scenes when they were not together...I feel like so many kdramas do this but WHY? They should have dealt with the subplot by episodes 10-11 and leave ep 12 for fluff.
Yoon Sun Woo is bad at acting. His villain is sweet. I like him, I can't help. It's a light and funny drama and…
I can't say if he is a bad actor but the truth is he can't be mean without almost smiling sweetly at the end 🤣 His face and expressions give off a kind vibe,I'd like to see him in a good character role.
I'm still watching, even though with generous amount of skipping lately. But I'll withhold my opinion since I…
Since the only reason I've been watching has been the leads and the fluffy romance and I (openly admit that) honestly couldn't care less about the dramatic subplot,I have been skipping scenes lately as well. But I still find it entertaining, plus there nothing else for me to watch these days...so boring.
My K-drama 💕💕 started with rom-com (Cinderella/4 Knights) and for the most part ends at rom-com, although…
This couple's chemistry is on fire but Bossam is very different and gets quite serious/political with way less romance. It's a quality drama but not everyone's cup of tea.
I think it's the third time this drama ends with the leads on top of each other in some sort of manner 😅 Apart from that, didn't the FL get discovered too soon?
I wanted to watch this be because of the cast but their chemistry feels a little forced despite both being excellent actors in general. Also,ep 1 was looong,I haven't finished it so I wonder if it gets better.
The only thing I don't care for is the ML being a chaebol. I suppose he has to have money to fund his peculiar hobby, plus the business succession drama, but he just looks so much better in casual clothes and glasses 😜
I haven't watched ep 20 yet but what I like about this drama the most I think it's the fact that it is an ode to love after all. Love drives most of the characters, love was the confession of that poem throughout the episodes, love was the history of Daeho. And they even showed beautifully the sweet grief of unrequited love though Yul and Naksu, when love stops existing when the people involve stop to exist as well, much like real life where people change, grow. They could have honestly ended it at ep 19...
if they want to create some drams they should make Buyeon a villain for the next season...like the ice stone has made her greedy for power or something ps haven't watched episodes 17 and 18 yet due to work,so what I'm saying might not fit any new data
