Beginning in the space capsule is really not the greatest start. It is a space mission and ML behaving like he…
His behavior is putting him and the crew in a bad situation (specially by screaming). But it's fiction, secondly the chairman paid 70bi won for him to go there, SK surely need this kind of money for these types of research. Also, it's normal to feel afraid in this situation, he didn't have a choice after all.
I haven't started but are people really bothered by cliché? While the ML is the king of clichés? Dear viewers, it's Lee Minho, our cliché king. He's rich in almost everything he appears and he does alllll the clichés possible (he's versatile tho, he does all types of clichés, he doesn't repeat😗)
Am I the only one that felt sad when the emperor died?He was a very simple character. Actually he was afraid of…
I also wanna add that after the emperor died YX wasn't that happy at all. He was always smiley near HZ and the Hua family, but even at his own wedding he wasn't as happy as he used to be at all. I think that if his uncle had accepted them he'd be way happier than losing his only family member (other than Shaoyao).
You do made some solid points though.I also disagrees with Hua zhi's Grand-Pa moral conduct against a ruling king.…
But the emperor only set his eyes on Hua family cause of grandpa. It's explained that Hua grandpa had the people's and the court's favor cause he always spoke bluntly to the emperor (what Hua grandpa calls 'honesty'). He was growing on people cause he was the only one that could talk like that to the emperor. It was a treat to the emperor, that's why he did that. Hua grandpa should've never taken such approach against the ruler. It's his fault only.
And as I said, that time was different. Such as what his sons did, his family must've been the same. Kill or get killed. He took out his brother before they took his life. I don't agree with this, but it was very common back then (specially in empires).
He noticed that HZ acts the same way as Hua grandpa and was winning the people's favor. Her family ended up inciting the people against the emperor when he ordered her to give all her family's wealth to build the canal. She also acted very arrogantly when she went to Haoyue's prayer and was called by the emperor cause she disrupted whatever they were doing. It's her fault that the Hua men became unpardoned.
As I also said, many things made him act like that. But he was a good ruler. Even the exiled people had a ""good"" life on the north. Poverty exists everywhere but the people there managed to survive somehow. The imperial city had accessible prices for food and clothing. The empire was at peace. He was a good ruler to the people. Obviously I won't agree with his ways of approach. But he had many things coming at him (his own fight for succession, the men of the court trying to go against him, his sons after his life), as an emperor at those times, he was trying to protect himself. He was distrustful and only trusted YX who grew up beside him, and Changqing (his eunuch)
Am I the only one that felt sad when the emperor died? He was a very simple character. Actually he was afraid of being betrayed, he probably killed his brothers because they'd probably kill him (fights for the throne were very normal). Also, he knew about almost everything that happened in his empire, so he knew his sons were after his life, that's probably why he was always afraid of them and keeping them away. If he made one a CP, the fights would've become way worse, we all know how this works (one is a CP and the others trying to kill the CP and the emperor that didn't choose them). The emperor probably wanted to wait till his sons stopped this fight to finally announce an heir. Also, he couldn't love one more than the other, and was traumatized from family fights (as we can see when he was dying), so he spent all his love on Yanxi. And I strongly believe he LOVED Yanxi. I think he kept Yanxi close to him cause he was afraid of being alone as Haoyue mentioned. He was weak, both physically and emotionally. He needed someone he trusted close to him. And he was jealous of Hua Zhi cause from the beginning she kept being hateful towards him. He always knew about YX's relationship with Hua Zhi, but he never did anything against it before HZ retaliated. He told her what he made YX do as the commander, and HZ broke up with YX after this. And this was cause YX wasn't just agreeing with him anymore, but he wanted to save other people other than him (the emperor). As I said before, the only person he trusted that could protect him was Yanxi (and Changqing). I think that if Hua Zhi didn't retaliate against him, and if YX and HZ talked it out with him, easing his worries about being alone, he'd eventually accept their relationship. As long as YX stayed close to him and HZ also kept being close to him.
From the 1st ep till he died, ONLY Yanxi was close to him when he was at his weakest moments. When he died he was crying and calling Yanxi. If what Yanxi said at the last ep was said before, I'm pretty sure he'd have accepted their relationship (it'd take a while for him to get used, but he would). He was just too traumatized and rejected anyone who opposed to him. Those who know how the monarchy works should understand this, it's an inside fight.
I wanted the emperor to pardon the Hua males and just keep them away from the court. I think that being honest is honorable, but as blunt as Hua grandpa was is disrespectful. So I didn't agree when people kept saying he was right, when he wasn't. He was disrespectful. The emperor told him to speak the truth, and he should have said so. But talking about his bureau and his sons like that in public is disrespectful! He should've chosen his words better. Someone also died because of this in Joy of Life, being blunt like this is way too disrespectful. Hua Zhi also treated him like an ordinary person, hmshe should've been more respectful towards an emperor. Idc if he "didn't deserve" cause he was ruthless, he was their emperor! He should've been treated as so! I also wanted to see him accepting their relationship. He was the only father figure YX had, and it's actually great that he took YX oit of Ling's mansion. He knew his brother tried to take the throne. As the closest kin YX had, I think it'd be beautiful if he accepted them and opened more to YX's new family. I wanted him to appoint Jian as the CP and teach him how to rule (he's actually a good ruler). And I wanted him to meet YX's and HZ's kids, I believe he'd dote a LOT on them.
Anyway, just a rant. He was an interesting character and died on the last ep, but for me it because uninteresting when he died. I think he deserved a better ending. People should understand that those times and nowadays are different. For his time, his character is very consistent. He just needed reassurance from his closest son (YX).
If this is true, this trauma might be one of the reasons why she's constantly losing weight. She's traumatized 😭 I feel so sad for Lusi. I like watching her dramas cause her characters brings joy to me. Meanwhile she, herself, is suffering. This girl has such an amazing talent that even while losing her laugh, she's able to bring laughter to us viewers. And that's so so so sad, a bright young girl losing her light cause of terrible people. She truly deserves much love, such a kind soul. It seems that even after going through all of this she didn't blame anyone but herself. I pray that God helps her to regain strength. I pray that He lets her know she's not alone and has many people praying and cheering for her happiness. I pray for her happiness 🥺🤍
I will disagree that the emperor drove his own son to death.. Prince Qing made his choices.. He felt bad for his…
What I said about driving his own son to death is about what the empress heard. He planned for duke Ding to defeat the "rebels" after he sent his second son to the place duke Ding would do that. Now (in the drama timeline), he wouldn't do that, but he wanted to remove every thorn frm his first son's side
I could have watched the final episodes on the pirate site as well when iQIYI was holding out the final few epi…
Me tooooo. Even though the budget wasn't as high as those S cdramas, like TSOPG, this drama was dreamy, the story was great, and the characters had life (they weren't merely characters). Blossom is truly a gem
wonder why he said that. he's been a ML for some dramas and movies. it just that those dramas didn't have well…
Those dramas are not something that become thaaat famous in China. They're like web dramas. Dramas like these (Blossom) are the ones that bring fame and opportunities
Watching a cdrama of 40+ eps 👍
Watching a kdrama of 32 eps 🥲
Anyway seems cute😁
