I partly agree. We (solely drama watchers) don't know yet how was their relationship before their fall out. I'd found out from some comments or I would be surprised too. And GCY being everywhere as their third wheel doesn't say much for the bounderies in their relationship so it was out of the blue. I also don't pity WS, he asked for, he got it. Serves him right. And he did get his revenge by staging a one-night stand with the very same man CC had kissed so casually. They're even imo.

The problem is that Lucia isn't attractive enough for it to be believable she's gotten the eyes of the Chairman. He's too heartless and cunning for her little tricks of being gentle and selfless work on him. If it was Ji Seop story would be quite different but not him.
