It's the second time I remember he was there during the day, first was when SH went there and saw SR speaking about MiSo, when bodyguards were taking her Tae Jo came and took her out.
There's a huge secret regarding SR's birth that as far as we know, Stella and Lucia aren't aware of and that can be their undoing a/or make them come into the light. If they go with letting fake mom get SR's money and somehow Lucia manages to retrieve her shares, earn her trust and make progress with her it's alright and helps her gain a firm foothold in the family but if she's going to pretend to be her real mom it can be messy. Especially since we see SR can't be trusted much with secrets. I wonder how she hasn't spilled the beans about finding her mom yet.
As foolish as they are, I don't think they risk this.
