The drama is quite interesting. There is adventure, love, emotional conflict. Themes of gods, immortals, and humans,…
Oh, I don't think she's weak, she is strong and fast to act but sometimes naive. Of course this naivety has been more comic relief than characterization, at least for me.
I'm not going to drop, rather like it. So far the plot is simple, not one of those complicated heavy with backstories dramas that everyone is dead and reborn several times and has a handful of names. (It doesn't go in that direction, does it? The last ep. trailer I saw was normal.) Easy to grasp as I tend to watch in the background and fast forward.
Thanks for taking time and replying, eveyone has their own opinion but hearing others' surely helps.(◕ᴗ◕✿)

Sorry to come back to you so late. It was my new year vacations and I just started this. What do you think now it's nearing the end? I'm on eps. 10 and it's simple and not complicated but slow paced. Takes its sweet time.
I like the FL enough, she's so crafty but I dislike naive FLs as much as the girlboss ones and she's too naive and simple minded sometimes. It throws me off.
Many of Wuxias and Xianxias aren't anything special tbh, mostly a misunderstood lead as the villain and enemies…
Yeah.😂 I can't say I'm hooked myself, watched too few to claim that but for sure I enjoy keeping track of them. They addictive like soap operas. Also after yrs of watching Korean Saeguks with the same style and colours, the diversity in costumes, accessories and hairstyles in Xianxias and Wuxias are a feast for my eyes!!
P.S.: They changed the name fast! Good thing I've already seen the new name in comments or I would be quite confused being replied in a drama I don't remember.
He's starting to age a bit in Moonlight Mystique. He looks younger in Destiny and Saving because they delay the…
No, I missed it. Did they announce the new name there?
I'm not a fan of sliced back hair at all, especially when hair is practically glued to skull, even in western shows. It greatly changes one's appearance and ages them as you said. He looked quite young in Under the Brocade too. They made him too pretty too.

Everyone are bound to age at one point. 😅 I think MM was shot in 2023 and he does look older there. But Blossoming Love was shot in late '23, early '24 and he's younger looking. Maybe it's makeup. He looks the same in his recent shots too.
I will check it out at least, but it doesn't sound like something special. And then it's probably without proper…
Many of Wuxias and Xianxias aren't anything special tbh, mostly a misunderstood lead as the villain and enemies to lovers with a truckload of clichés. Even the plot twists are recycled but the execution can make one a hit and another a failure. Let's hope after 4 yrs this one turns out to be good.
