The 2ML is super annoying and whiney. I can still hear him whinning Song Niang all the drama time in my head after…
Not exactly. I've forgotten the details but she loves Goryo king but some events lead to her becoming Togon's concort, then she becomes power hungry and revengeful and eventually at the epilogue she tells a sick dying Togon she loves him too.
Did you find out yourself? There are 3 murderes, Shen Xia, her brother and Jiang Peng.
I think the ending was his dream. He was going to report his new position and on the way he dreamed about the only time he'd seen Shen Xia's brother. He did tell he'd seen him collecting his sister once in front of the school. He was remembering that day when they were all alive and happy, just normal people.
At first I thought this is the usual teacher-student drama about a jealous elder who surpassed the promising resident and she has returned to take revenge but this crime_thriller tag with Sycopath female has me excited.
I once read a crossover fanfiction of The Merciless and Kill Bok Soon with Im Si Wan as Mantis . The writer had a good premonition of imagining ISW as Mantis. 😁
I dont know why after 40 episodes of this my main takeaway is "Zhen Yu....respect " lmao. Like that guy worked…
He's so cool and quite good as well. He's got lots of dramas as both villains and good. He was the evil master in Blossoming Love too but that version is a more sappy and emotional genre.
All three films were quite a cliche in their own way, but the third is felt more clicked due to more archetypal…
Yeah, it's as if they have a fixed template and only change actors and some subplots. Everything is so recycled. I've downloaded the 4th movie to watch it at leasure months ago but still haven't seen that. I don't think that will be much different too.
Oof—It was PAINFUL to watch Qiu Hua's indifference towards Zhang Quan Quan. (Many times I yelled at my screen,…
You draw the contrast quite well. Someone makes her love interest thrive to be better, gives him courage and confidence so he can rise high. Whereas the other one doesn't care whether her husband is the doorman or the chairman.

Quite agree. She left an office and stated another, planned business trips and partnership all without telling him as if he's some stranger flatmate.
To me it seems she doesn't know what it is to have a family and for all her sharpness doesn't even try. Her only answer is "I've never relied on others so I can't now"! She only sees financial side like not driving the car bought by in-laws, not understanding it's family property, I wouldn't be surprised if she drinks a bottle of water QQ has bought and replace it so she wouldn't owe him. 🥶
She doesn't count on him for anything and doesn't talks about the most important and significant things let alone trivial and random ones and sees this miscommunication and indifference as being independent. This is not how a marriage works. I'm only on eps. 18 but her actions are annoying.
TBH I got my answer as I was writing it under the spoiler mark but my app has a bug that sometimes doesn't have edit and delete option for my own comments. So I couldn't delete this then.😅
Now that you're so kind to ask, do you remember where is Sang Qi's death? Around what chapter?
I haven't seen S1 so IDK the background but Qiu Hua and her husband gotta be one of the dullest newly weds I've ever seen. They don't look like a newly married couple at all. I've seen warmer arranged marriage pairs. Why would she marry at all when she has no need for it?
