Oh my goshh >.< the bromance between dongfang and xiao run in ep 21 is soooo cuteeee, and also Shangque with the bag lol, I'm enjoying their mortal realm much more than I thought I would. In immortal samsara, I don't really enjoy the mortal realm as much as when they are in the Ying yuan palace. I think 36 episodes for dramas like this is really good because every episode doesn't feel draggy, and everything is important to the plot and the development of our lead characters. I like that Shangque becomes more open about his opinion of DFCQ compared to earlier episodes. Jie li is a good guide for our immortals in the mortal realm. I really do hope all 4 of them stays together till the end. Considering that Shangque is DFCQ bodyguard/servant/more like PA type, and Jieli, well, she knows a lot about how to navigate in the world. There are some comments that said CH will get married to XLH to dethrone his brother and save DFCQ, at first I'm not really sure about that, but after ep 21 and 22, there really is a possibility he will save DFCQ. Usually, in dramas, those immortals will still retain their memories after all mortal hardship ended, so I think that he will still remember how DFCQ treat him when he was mortal.
Even I was thinking the same! Jieli told XLH that the First Master, Yannv made the heart-hidden pin to hide her…
I thought the Heart Curse can only be done by someone from her clan because when she recognized the flower symbol on his forehead to be from xilan clan, he deduce that she must be from that clan and that's why it got activated. And shangque also said that since her clan has always been neutral in the war, it's not fair for him to kill her. And I don't think she knows she's from that clan, because she also didn't know that she activated it when she kissed him in the tower.
I still am suspicious of Jieli. She seems to be observant and noticing things. I wouldn’t be surprised if she…
I think XLH did realize her feelings already, the way she looks at him in ep 15 in Haishi city right after saving her, for me, that's the look of someone that knows what is going on. Right now I think it's more heartbreaking for him only because he basically confessed already with all his gestures like wanting to care for her when she is sick, going into the cave and hugging her to give warmth, offering to carry her in the mortal realm. If she did tell the truth about her feelings, DFCQ will still continue with his plan and that will be more heartbreaking for her. She knows they can't be together and that's already very sad for her so why would she let herself be more heartbroken.
XLH BACKSTORY IS COMING OMFGI'm so ready to see more of RH and Chidi, very invested in their story actually and…
She is smart and I like her too actually, the only problem for me is when she decides to steal in the palace, that part is a little stupid, like, DFCQ is called a DEVIL KING for a reason, but other than that, I'm okay with her
"dfqc completely changed in the span of 2 days" literally WHERE?? Hes exactly the same as before, his personality…
LOL, your description is on point, I haven't watched court lady yet, but I can imagine the absurdity in the change in the span of 1 episode, DFCQ doesn't change at all, he still believes in killing as self-defense, the difference is only that he feels empathy, which is not weird at all
Watching the tense moments between the main leads in episode 19 was a bit frustrating. Can't believe orchid can't…
I think she did understand him, she just doesn't agree with the continuous killing. I'm not sure if she realizes that Yun Zhong also doesn't care about killing too cause she did get brainwashed since little. Even though we understand that person, their motives, and their reasons, we can still disagree with the decision they make.
But I do hope the same too, that DFCQ will not be foolish just because of love, he's a ruler for God's sake. Please don't let him be incompetent.
Just watched ep 19 and 20 >.<, I'm happy for Jieli's development, after the stealing incident, she become more likable to me. I like that XLH is more mature now, I love her reaction when DFCQ said that he will burn down the fairy realm to get revenge on all the people that have been ridiculing her. Although she's disappointed in him, she doesn't show it directly to him, to me, it shows that she did understand his reason to a certain degree albeit, not agree with it. That cave scene is heartbreaking, she realizes DFCQ will never stop fighting with the fairy realm so whatever it is between them will only be a tragedy T.T. There are two scenes in the mv that show XLH trying to kill herself, I think the full sword she holds in front of Xunfeng will be because Xunfeng tells her it will be best for DFCQ, while the second one where she holds only a fragment will be the climax later on. I want to hate Xunfeng, but he's not wrong, DFCQ has already softened while trying to kill the baby Chi di, which will make their 100,000 soldiers trapped just like that. But XLH will be heartbroken though T.T ....
not sure if this is true, but there are some comments saying that her clan was killed by the fairy realm emperor, Yun Zhong Because her clan is too powerful and he is threatened by his power, so he murdered the clan. Someone also said, when she becomes goddess, she doesn't remember her memory as XLH and only remembers that Dongfang is fighting with the fairy realm that's why she's treating him coldly after she becomes a goddess.
Dylan Wang is growing on me, but why am I still stuck in second lead syndrome? The battle in ep 9 is epic! 😆😆😆I…
Tbh, I just don't get the second lead syndrome in this drama, I do feel it a little in ep 1 and 2 but when DFCQ shows up, and starts saving her and do all that, I just know I 'll feel happy in this drama
I think he will lose his powers and also his position as the moon supreme which i haaaaaaate. Can't a ML stay…
Before I watch ep 1, I read some reviews about XLH, and well, what I got after reading and watching it is that she is just 1000 years old, has never traveled outside of her home, and she's been brainwashed with all 'good' about fairy realm. I just think she doesn't like killing and violence, so I'm guessing maybe she thought that the fairy realm and moon tribe can have a discussion, instead of going into a war and I think that shows how naive and little she knows about people in general. I don't think she will betray DFCQ, like the scene where she drugs him in ep 8, I really thought that she might actually send him back to the tower, but instead, she tells him to run and hide.
Dang, greetings to our director 😁! Your 2nd and 3rd scenario was perfect for this storyline
my opinion is, that the bracelet is triggered if someone has bad intentions towards XLH, as can be seen in ep 9 so yeah, I also don't think that the emperor is trying to investigate at all, and also in ep 11 when the moon tribe guards try to kill her, DFCQ use the bracelet
