Yi an most possibly knew about her feelings & "sacrifices" all along, he didnt look surprised today…
I An did said in Hee Joo's childhood bedroom, it's his first time feeling this way. So I don't think he ever likes the QM that way.
BUT if we take it a little to the dark side... since QM's family is high up, the only possible match for her is a royal. So Ian probably have an inkling she'll marry either one of them after graduating and that's why he's nice to her. It also looks like I An and his brother had other plans before the marriage and I An already prepare himself to marry QM instead and that's why he got mad at his brother.
Lol 😂, honestly if it's the latter, it will be quite breaking for a romance kdrama to have this morally grey character.
I hope, he will reject her and make her understand why she shouldn't fall for someone just because they were showing…
THIS!!!! I just hope they handled this well... As a teacher, I have the same opinion as ml. Of course he will listen and care for her as her teacher at the moment. The crush from her side is completely normal too, she's a teenager.
I think the Japanese language teacher dialogue about "remembering someone after years because of the spark" feels like a spoiler... Cause obviously with everything that happens to our girl Euijoo 😂, I'm sure the male lead will still remember her.
PM's character reminds me of the SML in "Love of Nirvana" 😂 the very pathetic kind... Honestly, the…
The one thing I cannot wait for tonight's episode is Heejoo's dad. Her dad was described as a living legend in the business world. I can't wait for Heejoo to show her chaebol power. Her dad literally holds the country's economy.
PM's character reminds me of the SML in "Love of Nirvana" 😂 the very pathetic kind... Honestly, the biggest shock for me was the little king knows about the will. Even if he's 5 years old at the time, I'm sure he remembers snippets of his parents argument.
Who say's IAN's feelings are fake 😭 they probably watched a different drama. He's been downbad for her, like…
Cause I read some comments not just here but on tiktok as well how some viewers cannot buy I An's feelings, so I'm just wondering which part did people not buy it😂
😂😂 I started watching it like you too... with no expectations, and it got me hooked. I am also a mathematics major, and loving the wordplay with Ga woo Su. Absolute value means it strips away direction and keeps only magnitude. Love is not cancelled by negative moments—it survives them if it is repaired and chosen again So “absolute value” is less about erasing pain, and more about: - emotional resilience - continuity through difficulty - staying meaningful even after tension
I am also curious how will they end this drama. Is it with romance or the pure love and care as teacher student.
I agree with you... maybe it seems like flirting cause PM likes Heejoo so anything Heejoo does that is soft to him looks like flirting. But Hejoo does treats him like a big brother. Even when PM propose to Heejoo, he still didn't said his feelings out loud, so it seems more like a care from her side and not like a love confession. Even the way she calls him, 'oppa' is actually a very normal word, she even rebukes I An by saying should she calls him 'unnie'. Which shows she don't see him in that way at all, that's why she thinks there's no problem. Us viewers know the truth cause we can see all of it. Even with IAn, she needs to confirm his feelings with him.
Love the drama ❤️❤️ .. but just wanna ask you guys sincerely not judging, what make you guys don't buy into Yi An's feelings? 🤔🤔
Cause for me I mean I can see it gradually happen for him. He did feel attracted to her during his school years and the bridge scene. But aside from that he didn't chase her which means his feelings is limited to that. Then comes the wedding proposal, still just intrigued for him. After that, he noticed how soft she can be when she care for him and I think that seals the deal for him, hence their first kiss.
Yeah it's quite good, but I'm not really buying Yi-An's feelings. And as for the protocol, I wish it was there😅…
😲😲 okay yeah, I think those scenes did give that vibes... I think I agree in those parts with you, cause if they truly follow the status, even if they don't agree they still shouldn't outright opposed him cause his status is way higher than them
He literally killed half of the imperial family , his own 🫠🫠🫠Previous Emperor ( his brother)Yan Chi’s…
I know right... I think he really would have killed Yan Sui if not for him pretending to be mute. I think he really only loved Yan Li and Yan Li's mom.
Just finished this show and it is so good 🥹🥹. First of all, I love the outfits ❤️the colours are very…
Also just a what if situation. Considering that Yan Huai, Prince Rui, and Prince Xin managed to live long together and even their wives are friends with each other, what if Yan Han just meet with Yan Huai like a family reunion. Like he just wants Yan Huai to know he has a twin brother. Would Yan Huai let Yan Han comes to the palace? Cause it seems like Yan Huai is a kind brother to Prince Rui and Prince Xin considering that Prince Rui actually go to the border to ease the emperor and Princess Xin even help emperor bandaged his wounds. The casual conversation Princess Xin had with emperor while treating him was giving the formal 'big bro and lil sis' vibes.
Just finished this show and it is so good 🥹🥹. First of all, I love the outfits ❤️the colours are very vibrant. Srcond, the leads. I think they have really good chemistry. Honestly, I'm shocked at Ao Ruipeng. I've seen him in the blood of youth, but that character leans more towards fun and silly. So to see him as YanChi who is this serious, disciplined man is just wow 😮. Though his visual is soft and his build is not as masculine and big, I truly believe him as the marshal.
Also, I really love the cousins' relationships. Yongning, YanChi, YanLi, YanSui, YanZe. I know that in this kind of dramas, all the royal male are rivals to the thrones. But I can't help but wonder, they grew up together so surely there must be some cousins they were close to. And I think this drama shows that dynamic really well. Even the crown prince was kinda nice to them though not as close. Yan Zhen(Yan Che's full sister) and Yan Qi are the only ones that were not kind to them.
