Romantic Princess was my first ever drama so it holds a very special place in my heart. Years later, I'll still go back and re-watch some scenes and smile like an idiot. Maybe not the best acting or most developed plotlines, but still so enjoyable. Smiling Pasta is adorable and you can't change my mind. My Lucky Star, while so melo, held the spot of being my favourite drama for a very long time. Ugh, such nostalgia!! Thanks for such a great article!!
awww i just finished rewatching strong woman do bong soon and my heart is so full! i first watched it two years ago and gave it an 8.5/10 but i honestly think it deserves a 9.5/10. stellar casting, beautiful songs, well paced storyline, twists and turns, beautiful cinematography. min min and bong bong <3 it was such an enjoyable watch and i went through such a roller coaster of emotions. 12/10 would recommend. the only things that turned me off a bit was the mom, the weird monk guy and mr. oh but other than that, muaw, chef’s kiss.
I definitely like this version the best. The acting for Zhi Shu is probably my favorite, and the chemistry between…
Yes yes yes! At first I doubted the acting from the rookies but quickly fell addicted to this version! Can't say it topped the Thai version for me, but the conversations between Zhi Shu and Yue Qin (especially about stars and such) are so adorable and touching.
Just watched episode 2 last night and it was so so sooo hilarious and completely refreshing! Our couple is adorable, and the plot it taken me by surprise! Can't wait to see how this turns up!
I tried watching this a few months back but forgot about it cuz of school and other dramas i was watching, but picked it up again today. Each episode is as long as a movie, so i only finished episode 1 so far, BUT OMG THIS IS SUCH A GEM AND I'M SO GLAD I CONTINUED.
