I'm not the type to want to suffer with a potentially sad ending, I watch dramas to feel better and less stressed. I don't mind the plot being sad in general but no sad ending, that's why for example I physically can't watch 'Uncontrollably Fond'😅

Can someone please spoil me, I need to know if this show will have a sad or happy ending before I start watching it. I just read the synopsis on a different website where the female lead is terminally ill, I can't handle any drama with a sad ending, so I hope someone knows, does she have no chance of getting cured, if it's not been mentioned yet can someone tell me what they predict the ending will be? I know that terminal illness usually is not curable, but can't I have hope?
