I finaaalllyy finished this and gotta say... I am soo surprised they Xuan He a happy ending. I think he deserves it (might be my bias towards the actor lol) but still, ahah.
Yknow what I am starting to wonder about? Maybe it is just a simple plothole but... where are Sagara's parents in all of this? Maho's parents were mentioned etc a few times but...what about his parents? Sure, they could "simply" already be dead or smth but... now that I am thinking about it, it IS kind of weird.
Furthermore, I am really looking forward to finding out who that lonely customer is. One of my theories is that it's the fiancee of the construction guy who might have got jelly?? This does not really explain the whole sending body etc... might have smth to do with the mortician.
Another theory of mine is still the boyfriend. For all we know, everything he said could have been made up or "adjusted" to his liking. None of what he said got confirmed by facts in any way. He easily could be the stalker as well, who really liked Hikari but couldn't get her. He also has at least somewhat of a motive... thinking about how he has a bad relationship with his father. Maybe, he resents Sagara because of that and torments him.
Ahhh, everything just mere theories... It has already been 6 episodes (i know there will be a 2nd season, so this will probably drag some more) and we don't really know anything yet. I hope we will soon get some actual clues that will lead us to better theories.
I am surprised to see so many negative comments here...? I like this drama, it's a lot of fun. I don't see a problem with the ML either, he has good comedic timing, good acting and is very handsome. So yeah... Kinda makes me a bit nostalgic since I loved "In a class of her own" a lot last year and this is a bit similar.
A lot of people (comments) here seem to be fixated on JJY and especially her looks... it's fine to comment on the styling but saying she looks creepy or "not that pretty" ... y'all are weird. You don't just say things like that??
For me so far, I don't have a problem with her acting etc but more with the story and directing.
I know it's unlikely, but if Mitsuki is the killer, Shu better not fall for her... I mean I can't believe he would…
I agree... but I have a feeling that the woman who leads the agency or whatever is a bit suspicious... the way she just immediately told Shu everything etc... doesn't sit right with me.
Can we talk about Kimura? I dont know if she's underrated to you but I like her character arc as a cafe manager…
I was so confused at first but then I realized it's Megumi Sato from HanaDan! She is definitely gorgeous. And I am surprised (in a positive way) that she seems to be supportive after all.
I must be the only one hoping it's a false alarm. I would prefer more relationship development for now and this…
Noo, I am with you. I am very GLAD it was a false alarm. I don't know what this says about me but I think in fictional stories babies tend to destroy the tension and fun ahahah
I'm still confused by some people's comments that Hase is creepy... I'm wondering if we're watching the same show…
I think it probably is because of their first encounter and immediate kiss... that IS a bit weird but then again, I am just thinking "ah, this is THAT kind of drama, I won't complain".
it was a good first ep:)
