I mean compared to the autumn ballad this is a quite good ending xD

Okay so about 1, 5, 7.
1. It depends on what you think is a happy ending. As BFX almost dies he sacrifices most of his life to save her leaving him with 10 years left to live. Because of this he decides to give up the throne to Huang Chao. Lanxi and Xiyun goes off to the martial world and live as a happy couple.
5. HE DIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES.
7. Han Pu dies to shield Xiyun from arrows :( So another sad death for her.

Yeah lots of characters were removed. Which is why I guess they felt it easier to just have a character to randomly come in and help out.

Same here. Basically for the first 20 minutes I sat here being sad.

So in the novel Lanxi uses his life to save Xiyun, and has about three months left to live. Since he sacrificed himself for her, Xiyuns friend Jiuwei who also has a special lineage uses his gift to extend Lanxi's life. They do not specify how long he will live though. I believe they say that if they had not sacrificed any inner force they could have lived to 150, now it is reduced by a lot. But since they do not spell out how many years he will live I just chose my own timeline.

I was really sad and cried the first 20 minutes of the episode! But in the novel Jiurong is a general and he sacrifices himself for Xiyun so I imagine they changed it to Han Pu here since Jiurong is off with his sect.

They don't specify how long he will live, just that he will live longer then the first 3 months he had left iirc.

NOW WHAT DO I DO!!

1. Happy ending will be known soon. But so far it looks like it.
2. Yes.
3-4 I would say they just treat each other with respect and as means to and end and are not in love. But they are married.
5. Also will be revealed soon. I imagine he dies.
6. Well there are the main leads and later on Huang Chao and Chun Ran. Not really any others.
7. So far BFX has had the sad deaths. Her shifu, her brother and her dad.

In the novel King Yong does not know Lanxi is HFX so no. The banquet at Chun rans home take place more or less te same.

I was not sure if we were on the same wave length or not XD But really more respect for you for being able to write things after thinking more thoroughly. This is for sure not the greatest wuxia ever made haha. But yeah people can be quite rude on the internet so I get worried that I get misunderstood and people think I am rude when I am really trying not to be.

Just another reason for him to be worst dad of the year. Physical punishment would have been kinder, even though that's not very good either.

I had a random thought. So Feng Ju got to see his mother hanged. I was wondering if the king let him go to her deliberately to punish him or if it was just a coincidence that she was already dead. If he did it on purpose that was even more cruel then what he did to Lanxi I think. Anyway worst dad of the year.

Tbh that is one of the reasons I drop certain dramas that are supposedly 'romance' and yet they either beat each other for no good reason or pretend that they will injure the other party for some reason. That makes me go like "No thank you".

I am not here because of Yang Yang xD But I mostly watch things for my enjoyment and don't really think critically about most of the stuff I watch, as that tend to take the fun out of it for me. So is this the best drama ever created? No. Can I still put it in my personal top 10? Yes. But I was not trying to say it's a bad thing that people write sincere critical reviews, so if you took if that way I apologize. I find analyzing things I like quite boring which is why I don't tend to do it. There are many movies/series that have gotten quite bad reviews that I personally enjoy.

Talking about slaps Yuan Bing Yan got slapped filming The Emperor's love and they showed it in the making video that was released and she was crying and saying it was alright even if the guy said he was sorry for hitting her to hard. Thankfully I have never been slapped.

Well the people who like wuxia will move onto Heroes witch premier on tencent May 23. It's with Joseph zheng, yang chao yue and liu yu ning amongst others.
